Big eating disorder recovery win for me from the other day was a hot cross bun with butter and marmalade - felt so proud of myself. Hot tip: ikea does an elderflower marmalade and it’s DIVINE😊

Pistachio is the superior flavor for pastries in general, but espesiclly for breakfast!! I love it savory as well, but as a sweet cream, it is simply unmatched
Yesssss, agreed! There are other good options but I just CAN'T say no to pistachio when I'm in Italy.

I have the same breakfast every day! Porridge with maca powder, flax seed and a pinch of ceylon cinnamon sprinkled on top with almonds honey and blueberries. I dont know whether its because im autistic that i stick to the same breakfast or not? but it taste's good🙃
Sounds delicious! If it makes you happy and makes you feel good to eat it everyday, there's no reason why you shouldn't! I know a few people who eat the same things every day too.

recently I’ve been enjoying turmeric oatmeal! it sounds weird, but it’s actually pretty good. oatmeal, milk of some sort, turmeric, dash salt, & either dash more salt to keep it savory or some maple syrup to make it sweet :)

I’m a chocoholic too I love chocolate with my breakfasts 😂 on yogurt, oats, with a coffee ☕️…… I’m a very active person daily so I enjoy a sweet pick me up at times. If I do go for a savoury breakfast it would be avocado toast with an egg.
Im going to make those lemon bars one day too! 😋
