This has really helped me stay healthy for some time now. I was searching online for ways to reduce Lipid (Cholesterol) apart from exercise and I found Sauna Bath. I taught of it the local way and I concluded in doing steam bath and it has really helped. You are doing great, and I applaud you for that. God bless you.

You can use a yoga mat on the floor
🌹 AFTER YOU FINISH STEAM BATH, YOU USE THAT WATER TO BATH, DO NOT USE SOAP. THEN DRY AND GO TO BED WITH A BLANKET FOR 1 HOUR. THEN YOU SHOWER. 👍
