Good video man! I just started bow hunting again after taking about a 20 yr break, its tough. Taking a shot and missing, losing or not finding game is never fun but its also part of the sport. last year was my first year back at it. Shot a nice hog on public land with it 2 days after i bought it. I was instantly hooked again. I've been hunting hard this year, but alot of the spots i hunt are really wet and hard to hunt. I gotta change my strategy and im hoping i can kill my first florida buck after many years of trying. Thanks for sharing

Hey shit happens. This is a great video for people to see the quick twitch muscles of a deer, jumping the string. Low and forward is the crouch. Even hogs make slight movement as an arrow approaches. Shit happens. You roll with it. Some might try to adjust in the lurch and hold low and forwards, but the animal doesn't react. I feel it's always best to hold the pin on the heart for the kill, and if it jumps the string, as long as you made the right release, so be it. It's not 100% of the time they jump the string. So you can't count on it. Danny's doe did. They are athletic animals.
