Apocalyptica have now releaed their cover of Metallica‘s “One” as the 3rd single off their new and 2nd tribute to Metallica... see below on youtube ... they have guest appearances from Metallica‘s vocalist and guitarist James Hetfield and bassist Robert Trujillo on this cover ... the song is on the album “Apocalyptica Plays Metallica, Vol. 2“.

the tribute album will be out on June 7th. ... Trujillo also is guesting on “The Four Horsemen“. .. drummer Dave Lombardo ex-Slayer will also guest on the album on “Blackened“.
Lead cellist Perttu Kivilaakso stated
“We used everything at our disposal to make it as bombastic as possible. It had to be epic! The result was truly cinematic, with James Hetfield narrating the story with those poetic lyrics. It was powerful and touching. As a fan I have to say it was unbelievable to finally hear it. I was in my home crying. My hands were shaking. It was an incredible journey.”
