Please🙏 tell me you do motorcycle wheels! I've got two sets for my BMW M1000RR and I'm terrified to get new wheels installed.. I've got brand new Pirelli tires but know one that can safely install tires on carbon rims, not even my friggin BMW dealer will touch them! HELP ME!
Absolutely blown away how the head self clearances itself off the lip virtually removing the possibility of chipping the hard but delicate clear coat these rims have! At $5000.00 A set for my rims I can only imagine these rims at minimum $20,000+ a set. Any shop would be fools to not buy your machine and avoid the liability while keeping their customers happy!

no shop wants the risk of dealing with that junk. those rims cost as much as the machine i bet.
How is this any different than changing a tire on ANY expensive wheel with direct TPMS? I fail to see the specific changes for CF wheels that wouldn't also be done for any expensive clear coated wheel.
The actual process of changing a tire is the same. Carbon Wheels are in danger of very FINE scratch marks from dirt and debris. A regular clear wheel as you say can easily be re-cleared or even buffed if fine scratches appear. Carbon fiber wheels would need to be replaced, as no repairs are possible. To your point, doing everything right ALL THE TIME will prevent damage to any wheel. Even carbon fiber ones.
