Note. The "ringing" noise on "Yes sir that's my baby" is not on the original audio, and I have no idea what caused it to come up on this UA-cam upload. My apologies otherwise.

Sennett's comedies were always fun.
Turpin appeared in only two Laurel & Hardy movies ("Our Wife," 1931 and "Saps at Sea," 1940, Ben's last).
Thanks for posting these Turpin clips, Billiam!
There's a great new biography of Turpin titled "For Art's Sake" loaded with rare information and loads of great illustrations of Ben and his many co-actors. The book is lonnnng overdue. Written by yours truly. ;-)
Also very brief appearance of more frequent L & H casting Billy Gilbert @ 5:50.
I enjoyed this very much. Very funny, very violent and very Harold Lloyd-ish.
Great stuff. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for adding a track on your films....been a big BLACKHAWK fan back then & don't remember this one on the catalog...
Good top ciné 📽️👍
Which raises the question -- does ANYONE have a complete list of the Blackhawk catalog?
Super book! I highly recommend it.
BlackHawk And Essanay made stars of Chaplin and Keaton.
Ben featured in a number of Laurel and Hardy movies, and was always a welcome surprise with his amazing crossed eyes!
