After the first mission the game requires you to enter Woody's Roundup. Just exit Woody's Roundup after entering it and choose the second level from the level selection screen.
Interesting... Have you tried finishing a couple of missions in Woody's Roundup before quitting to the level selection screen? If not, try it that way too.

how do I tap on that I just end in woodys roundup
