How do you finish this level

After finishing the mini games that every other character gives, go and talk to Lotso to end the level and proceed to the next one.

Do You Have To Do All Three Of Them 100% Or Something?

You have to AT LEAST qualify for victory on all 3 games. To do that you need to at least pop 25 balloons, which is easy. For Sparks, you need to smash through 7 sets of blocks, and for Chunk, take out 50 aliens.
