Mama Hen’s Honey hot chicken and white sauce pizza

Ingredients for dough whole batch makes two 10-12in pizzas. 1/1/4c warm water 105-110’ 2pkg active dry yeast dissolved in water add 1/4c honey and 1/4c extra virgin olive oil.1tsp garlic powder 1tsp salt let all ingredients bloom about 5min knead manually or in mixer about 5min. Add in 3/1/4c bread flour. Let raise in greased bowl 1hr. Turn out knead into circle. Place into greased pan add white sauce on top. Make rue little flour or cornstarch with olive oil or butter add 1c 1/2&1/2 milk or heavy whipping cream add garlic powder Italian seasoning to taste and white pepper or buy a good alfredo sauce. Top with toppings of choice.
