let's just Splatoon 2 was my OG splatoon experience, i didn't get a chance to experience splatoon 1 so splatoon 2 was my best bet. And understandably i loved Pearl and Marina a heck ton, so team present is what i'm choosin!

@@AbbieAutismHeartIf you're voting on this splatfest expecting to have the devs bring back whatever idol group wins, I don't think it will happen. It was pretty much confirmed that this game is the last time the squid sisters will appear so it wouldn't be logical for the devs to bring them back in case their team wins.

I like to go back and relive/think of all the memorable cherished memories I enjoyed. Sure, there will be bad times, but that's okay! Those mistake are who you are, and you'll learn from them as you get older

@glaceonfan4life technically it is the final fest. It’s just called the grand fest. This is going to decide splatoon 4. There will be re-runs but that’s it. This is the final test.

@@taifuskies3889 yeah I've had losing streaks myself especially when it comes to normal battles many of the players I come up against are really good and they definitely keep me on my toes during each match.
seeing callie honestly made me smile so so much i love her ❤️❤️ also the squid sisters names being in the splatoon 1 style and the oth names being in the splatoon 2 style is such a cool detail

FUTURE!!!!! WE NEED MORE CONTENT FROM DEEP CUT SO BADLY. we already got 2 DLCs from off the hook, and squid sisters were present on all 3 games. I want to see what happens when deep cut wins. mabye a new DLC storymode game with 3 stories of frye, shiver, big man with their backstory and how the met… but thats just a prediction

I think tentacles have real-time movement, so when Frye ruffles up her hair it can get stuck behind her ear
It's because the game uses physics simulations for the characters' hair, so maybe it got stuck into her head by error.

All previous splatfests all people in each group went against each other. But this one the people in each group formed a team for their group. This has never happened at all in splatfest history.

It's Amazing how they literally brought the Other Idols onto the Actual Splatfest Announcement!! Idc if Squid Sisters and Off the Hook were represented by a Unique Nonspeaking PNG and Random Stock Art respectively (Which someone is definitely gonna complain about which is kinda understandable), It's better having every idol on here than just with Deep Cut Alone!
I mean, i would've liked it if all of the idols were speaking and such, but that's WAY better than Nothing!
Cool. To all of those who are saying that the Grand Fest is going to be the final Splatfest in Splatoon 3, calm down. Nintendo has not confirmed that it is the final Splatfest. And it's not the last Splatfest, which is why Nintendo did not call it the "Final Fest".

HEAR ME OUT, chaos won splatoon 2’s final fest, so order got a dlc to compensate, so if, let’s say present wins, we could possibly get a past dlc and a future dlc, though that’s just speculation

Concept
During Grand Fest, you won't be able to play story mode, including visiting Order Sector.
The thing I liked was that instead of shiver, frye and big man having their own team they are one team against the other idols.
But I do wonder why they would go against their boss?
We’re out of bad guys, so Past (Prologue) is most likely taking this…

People complained way too much about how we saw the news with the other idols as PNGs. Its not easy programming and be grateful we at least got it. I broke the sound barrier, absolutely loving it though

The thing I didn't like about the announcement is that squid sisters and off the hook weren't animated like they should've been when they spoke. Nintendo must have been on a budget to where they had to use old pictures of the squid sisters and off the hook instead of animating them. Other than that this announcement got me pumped up for grandfest. I was on team present
