Hello Karyn, Just wondering how do we know whether we are holding our breath at the throat level when doing the Farinelli exercise? I am trying to put a pause on the inhale during the suspend stage but it kinda still feels like there is this slight feeling in the throat. Is it as long as we dont reach the max level of inhale (overfilling) we shouldnt be holding the breath at the throat level? thank you, grace
