Danny the Miniature Horse - 25 September 2024

Drive # 254 - Pass Wide and Slow Awareness Ride - 8.1km
Sadly Danny was not able to participate in the ride which was held on the 14th September due to him having a laminitis flare up and we have only just clawed our way back.
Today was his test drive to see how he was feeling and I decided we would do the ride ourselves.
You need to know that dealing with traffic is totally a judgement call.
We stay as far to the left on the road as possible unless it is not safe to do so, then if we can access it, we will utilize a grass verge but we avoid private property.
When travelling around roundabouts we usually try and get through them as quickly as possible so we don't hold up traffic.
If we encounter traffic, we stay hard left, if we don't, we skim through the direct route.
