    Namaskar Maye, Wonderful Receipe. Ujje levels bhajujaku, Medium or low askawe, AND whether both sides should be covered and cooked for 1 to 2 minutes. Do reply. SUGGESTION: Kindly in every receipe, Mention Flame levels to be maintained/Approximate Time for frying-boiling etc which IS KEY, N will GREATLY Aid Everyone to prepare the varied receipes very Efficiently.       Namaskar. Thank you for your valuable suggestion. For the upcoming videos, I’ll definitely mention about flame levels. Also for this phanna polo, the flame should be high while you pour the batter on hot tawa, as soon as you spread it lower the flame. You can cook both the sides on low medium flame to ensure uniform cooking of dosa and to prevent it from charring
