Overall great! Drummer is great also. Sounds of drums also great. Some details: 16th note in bass drum seems difficult; try another seat height, another pedal, Another spring tension. Another bass drumntechnique (slide?) . Perhaps another bass drum head or other bass drum mics. Seems teh drummers position is very low so ...perhaps some extra seat height will give his ankle more chance to be faster. Good luck: great overall sound of the band including drummer ...also great!
