Wow, i just got mine and i am currently doing the first cook. The first thing i notice is the string smoke smell. I don't see any smoke coming out, but it's still omitting the strong smell of smoke, which no one wants throughout their whole home...
Sounds like they really need to test 1 out and then send it directly to you. I haven't had any problems so far in about 4 cooks. My cell phone is too old for the app so I can't report on the wi-fi. I hope they fix you up fast. I'm sure they will make it right.
@@MrNORE14 Ive checked many times in the last 48 hours. I've emailed Firstbuilt and they told me to get with GE which they had trouble verifying model number as Arden is a new product but they were able to find the wire rack part number in their warehouse and they are shipping me new wire racks. I am surprised Firstbuilt couldnt designed the Arden around the standard size sheet pans and its not very off but instead the wire racks are proprietary.
I took off all of the tape. When i turn the dial nothing happens. You cant evem see the display unless the lights are off. Amazon is coming to pick it up and i ordered a new one.

Just got this delivered and haven’t taken out of box yet.. I am nervous.. i appreciate your videos. Does it need a dedicated outlet bc of wattage?
I use a dedicated outlet, but I'm not sure if you can, but please read the manual or call support.
So i waited two days after I opened my Arden and found missing wire racks. Hope you had your wire racks included in you Arden.
@@jbpasion071 check the bottom of the box. They would be there. Both boxes check please.

Check that the door in question is not your water bin. Try that
No it's the door. The light won't turn on when the door is open. Thanks, I will check it.
My display doesn't work and it doesn't really even turn on.
