The Fall of Hightower Episode 4

“The Fall of Hightower” is a weekly limited-run TTRPG series DM’d by Ben Brainard. Ben crafted a series of homebrew subclasses harnessing Hit Die to fuel captivating abilities. With each subclass carefully designed to bring a unique twist, Ben's creations hold the potential to revolutionize the D&D experience. The players this season include: Jason Russell (Critical Dice) as Barca, the Essence Knight Fighter, Daisy Kurtwise as Kai/Kailie, the Linked Soul Sorcerer, KikiDoesStuff as Mazie, the Way of Life Power Monk, GameRaterGirl as Jovanna, the Order of Self Sacrifice Paladin, and our own Sir Feffers, taking the summer off of DM duties to play Lekyre, an Essence Cloaked rogue. In this series, Wizards control the island of Leurant, having harnessed the power of Life Essence to rule Archid and the surrounding areas with an iron fist. The players have been called upon to take up arms, learn to harness their own life essence, and try to unseat the corrupt Archmage and restore peace to Archid and beyond.
