Hi, knife designer here and I love your videos! Just a heads up that you can actually do this to the back of the knife too! That way you don’t mess up the heat treat and edge of the blade itself. Or use a butter knife/ knife you don’t care about, keep your good knives strictly for cutting ❤

Great idea. I would reserve an old knife just for this purpose. Because it's little messy and hard to remove plastic residue from the knife. I wouldn't use that knife to cut veggies after this

It was the same back. It was a REAL ziplock bag. They are design to have 2 colors when open that combine into one color when properly locked. I suggest in the future you obtain clarification for what you do not know before accusing and assuming something you clearly have no idea about.
if you're going to fake a hack, at least use bags that have the same color zipper! you'd sell it better! (small bags are yellow, big bags are teal) im sure there is a way to actually do this, maybe just actually do it next time
I'm sure this works, but I can't help but notice how the big bag was green and the two halves are yellow. I know they pre make the smaller bags same size as those halves because I've mistakenly picked those up before instead of the sandwich size ones. 😅 I feel like using the back of the knife would be more effective as it can crimp it down instead of the edge of the knife which would provide little surface area to heat and crimp to seal off the two baggies just in my opinion
