We recently upgraded to your Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Inverted Rally Strut and Falcon 3.3 SP2 Fast Adjust Rear Shocks. The difference is huge between stock and the upgrade. We didn't think we would adjust the settings that often but we do it frequently depending on road conditions, wind, etc. We've been very pleased so far! They seem solid.
Boy that thing was COOOOOKING. These guys have taken it to the next level by manufacturing suspension for the sprinter rather than just bolting on truck hardware. You can see the momentum and movement of that van that it is loving this suspension. I thought the suspension on LTVL dude was good and I believe he also got the kit from Van Compass but that was 2 years ago.... I am frothing at the mouth I don't know how i am going to afford this
My 23 Sprinter AWD comes with a lot of stock crap. The first on the list was I had the falcon suspension system installed. I’m very happy. Struts are next. 🤙🏼
You guy's released this just one week after I installed Koni Red S struts (which I actually really like a lot!) but dang....they don't match my other Falcon's. Oh well, eventually. Cheers guy's!
Congrats! Looking forward to getting a pair and having some fun with them! I’ve really been impressed with the 6.3 package I have on the van with some Bilstien B6’s, but it looks like these will take it up a notch or two in performance.
Nice! And for sometime with fully stock suspension, would replacing the OEM struts for these have a noticeable effect on performance or do additional front shocks need to be installed too?
@@VanCompass Wow, thanks for the quick reply! Changing the struts sounds like a great first step then (in what we all know will be an inevitable progression hehe). And for the rear, change the OEM shocks for Vancompass ones then?
@@VanCompassGreat! Yeah, leaf springs have already been replaced for something appropriate for the camper's weight. So I reckon front struts (the fact they're adjustable is AWESOME!) and rear 2.3 shocks is a good place to start right? (No lift in my case). Can't wait for these to come out! You guys will let us know right? 😁
@@VanCompassI just literally ordered a rear mini pack and sumo springs. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with the adjustable shocks or not. Now that these are coming out, I’m glad I waited. I also like the fact you don’t need to install the additional mounts which would simplify the installation. Please do a video explaining the difference between the adjustable and mono tube versions. Thanks 🙏 EDIT: What rear shocks do you recommend?
Will these be available as a pre-order? Currently running the stage 3 kit with rear mini spring pack and the Bilstein B6. I am planning on ordering and installing the 2” Striker soon. This would be a great time to add these struts
Actually one of the things I will miss when getting a sprinter. My current rig ( a lifted crew cab f350 on 37’s w/ a custom service bed and slide in pop up ) makes 650hp and 1200lbft is a beast and gets better mileage than the sprinter. The lack of storage and performance will hurt but definitely be a better daily. Guess I’ll save the 350 for the rough stuff.
Well we have designed by Ohlins suspension which is #1 suspension company on the market :) Unfortunatelly shocks are not the most important in this case. 4x4 system is so delicate that you will kill it very soon when driving as you guys do in the video :) You should get an Iglhaut or an Achleitner 4x4 in order to get the real performance. The stock Sprinter is just an AWD - good working one, but still aluminium transfer case, front axle and very thin shafts makes it vulnerable for damages and not really an Offroad beast :) We were invited to the 4x4 producers plant in 2021 to learn more about this system and this video came to life :) ua-cam.com/video/6q9J0hA84CU/v-deo.html
@@geofffelsing1283Adding the Auxiliary front shock got us a ton of side to side sway control and stability. The Strut, being that it basically travels at a 1:1 ratio with the wheel gives us the ability to control small bumps and big bumps much better than the auxiliary shock with less effective motion ratio. The strut has the motion ratio advantage for performance. We have found the combination of both strut and auxiliary shock (our older offering) to work exceptionally well together to combat sway and add compliance over all sized bumps at high and low speeds. The strut bushing is soft and moves quite a bit. It need to move to control NHV since the strut is mounted in the van cab. This soft bushing equates to undamped suspension movement or head toss at slow speeds. The auxiliary shock can have firmer bushings since it is mounted outside of cab. The firmer bushings allow the shock to control the undamped movements of the strut bushing. This reduced head toss and gave us a better handling, more controlled van at low and high speed suspension movements. You want both a front strut and shock to add the best performance, but the strut make the larger impact if you were to choose one option.
Lol this van drives better than Mercedes X class ... this is ridiculous. this suspension turns the sprinter into a completely different class of vehicle.

Can't wait to install these! Keep up the fantastic work Rob! Top class 👏 👌 👍
Can't wait to get a set of these to complement our OG VC Fox! This is truly the missing link! Great work Rob and Mark!

Sould this same design work for the Transit?
How does this compare to the Evictus suspension? Does this work with a 2023 AWD DRW 3500
Nice! And for sometime with fully stock suspension, would replacing the OEM struts for these have a noticeable effect on performance or do additional front shocks need to be installed too?
Just replacing the struts will give you the best bang for buck performance. Adding the secondary shock is the icing on the for peak performance.
There is a huge benefit over OEM with the strut in terms of compliance, control and capability.

Looks great!!! Any chance your going to show the AWD Transit any love?
Can’t see these on your site yet? I’m in the uk and have a 2WD 3.5 when will they be available and how much are they?
Batten down the dishes I guess. We're going rallying in a van.
Just received the inverted struts but I need some instructions for install; your webpage says you have made some but I can't find any.
Please help.

Also, do you have any additional shocks for the front of a 2WD ?
I wish we had these kind of product for Ford TRANSIT, in EUROPE ;)
Very cool. When do you expect they will be available to the consumer market?
In the next 1-2 months.
Very exciting. Will definitely be purchasing a pair. Appreciate you guys and the innovation that keeps coming from VanCompass!
Rough estimate on price point?

Does this eliminate the crap side to side leaf spring? What's the suspension travel? Stock travel is a joke.
The factory spring is retained, you cannot remove that. Travel is stock, but the corrected damping makes worlds of difference.

Does this fit the T1N model ?
Will you be opening pre orders so we can get on a list?
Give us a call or email and we will get you on our list.
Does this mean we can run these instead of the aux shock?
Yes, but combined offers even more stability.

4x2 3.3 Fast Adjust = $1875/pair, 4x2 Mono tube = $1245/pair
mono tube isn't adjustable?
@@davidnjoroge8495 Our Mono tube strut does not have an adjuster or reservoir. We can internally adjust the valving if ever needed.
Now if we could only stuff Fords 6.7 H.O diesel engine in a Sprinter and have 500hp and 1200 lb ft torque would be amazing.
