This is an unusual and very good tele movie. Amazing demonstration of skill in a variety of conditions. I loved the Classic old-school jump turns and bump skiing, much of it on skinny skis! The modern gear lets you get away with a lot. These guys have complete mastery on old-school gear (some of it). Really enjoyed the movie thanks. I think anyone wanting to improve their skiing should study this carefully. The special effects at the beginning and end of the movie really suited it too. Thanks again.
The irony of Voile sponsoring so many of these great films pre 2018. Still about to buy a pair of Ultravectors for my wife to move from NNNBC to tele though.
Absolutely fantastic film, exactly as Tom Innes writes below: unusual, in that it's not all perfect snorkel-pow, but lots of heavy mank, lot of chunks flying around, etc. Very much non-ideal conditions, but these guys are rocking it. Superb skiing, total mastery; it shows in how relaxed they are, just ripping their lines. Tight, dynamic stances, quiet upper body, fall-line focus. Lots of leather boots and skinny boards - these guys were the business. Borrow a pair - you'll find out quick!

Telemark cowboys!
Amazing performance on such narrow skis.
You can't hide solid alpine race training skills, even with 35 year old tele gear. YEW!
Easily the best video out there
It's a solid one for sure.

simply awesome
Bringing back fond memories.. the old hop and hope turns! keep your feet moving...
Gotta keep them moving!
Nope hoping about it. The turn is technically sound and solid as a rock. Masters don't hope for success, they expect it.
Great ski technique- rather watch this than the cliff hucking and straight lining you see now days.
Some quality stuff right! We love it too.
Very nice telemark turns
2.11 - great skiing!
Крепкие ребята. Так скакать не каждому под силу :)
amazing skiing. wow. what a classic. rippers!
Couldn't agree more!
And I thought I was a good tele skier
I'm a recent transvert from alpine to tele and I thought I was doing great on 90s gear then I saw this.
It is always humbling for us to watch this stuff too! haha. Pretty cool to see what everyone was doing on that gear!
QUESTION: does anyone out there know the music that starts at 01:20? Kind of an Oregon/Ralf Towner wooden jazz thing? Shazzam doesn't ID it.
bravo les skieur bon courage à vous tous
Not for the faint of knee
Definitely not.
Хорошо! Выпил водки за ваше здоровье!
