My personal opinion is that it’s not really about lack of trust in relationship…. She must be struggling with herself… sometimes If you think about something too much, you start to believe it Cuz It’s only thing you can think about… you start slowly slipping to that one particular thought… so of course she believes it…..Mind and thoughts are really powerful… In a good way And in a bad way too… hope she will find someone who can help her with her thoughts… she seems to be a lovely person who has a lot of love for her spouse…. Back in the day.....When my paternal grandmother went through "Change of Life" she went nuts and thought people were watching her through the TV....and they didnt even have cable back then. She ended up covering the TV in aluminum foil every nite till the Metamorphosis was complete. She's lucky Grandpa didn't leave her like he said.

I am 99% sure the man who lives in the apartment above me has a camera on me. I’m so stressed out and uncomfortable in my own home. I undress in the dark, I’ve limited showering to a couple times a week and when I do I make it as quick as I possibly can. Moving is not an option as money is tight enough as it is and the rents in my area have skyrocketed since Covid. This is no way to live and I’m at my wits end. Dr. Phil could you PLEASE HELP ME?

There's a way to tell involving using your phone camera. Open the phone and scan it around the room, especially looking at electronic devices. If you see a flashing light or a light where there shouldn't be, you know there's a camera. There are good instructional videos on YT
