I watched this late last night before bed. I went to sleep and my husband woke me up at like 4am saying a tree had fallen in our backyard. I heard nothing and started falling back to sleep. As I did, I practiced the 2 second imaginal frame technique and slipped into a night dream.
In this night dream, I was in a room with several people from my past. A few of them were related to old frames of being that were painful. These particular individuals were rushing up to me, hugging me, and saying the exact words that I use in my 2 second imaginal technique. The feeling of absolute love and acceptance was beyond, but it also felt entirely natural. Like an everyday kind of thing.
The dream seemed quite long, it continued until my alarm went off. When I woke up, I felt a peace unlike anything I have experienced in a long time. The craziest part is that my feelings towards all of those people have shifted entirely. I SAW the other versions of them. The unconditionally loving versions. I can’t ever go back to the old frames! I saw and experienced them!
I’m pretty sure this is the first time I actually had a successful SATS experience. I think it was because I didn’t push. I just let myself move into the new scene and gently drifted off to sleep.
I do want to point out that my imaginal scene is NOT directly focused on my past. It's a presently-focused scene, yet it absolutely did what Tom says in this video. It re-wrote my experience of people "in" my past!

I have done this twice within the past year, not as intentionally as doing it as a technique - and it worked. First time when I was searching for the ideal job and home I said to myself, "it would be AMAZING to get a job and place to live in a gallery or something similar in a picturesque village in the countryside". Soon after an old acquaintance and I were reunited online, and she offered me a job in her gallery in a beautiful countryside village in another country.
That's just one example!
I’m going to think of the 2 second act as 1 second as son of god imagining and 1 second as god fulfilling it. 1,2 punch… of love haha

This is awesome confirmation! I had an experience with some interdimensional beings a while back who told me that the five basic pillars of creation are consistency, frequency, duration, intensity, and a progressive level of somatic (physical) acceptance of that reality. ❤

Even as I listen to Tom, I can feel my changing frames of reality. His words..thoughts..impact my consciousness profoundly. My awareness of I Am seems to expand with each video and even each time I listen to the same video repeatedly. It's so magical! I know, thanks to Tom, that we shift moment to moment and I have had so many exciting epiphanies these past 3 years because of the wisdom/energy expressed by Toms teachings! Tom? Does the scene need to have movement? Or can it be frozen? I have a certain difficulty when putting together a scene. I usually get it when I say it, but it comes frozen lol

Only you can answer that question, as told in one of his last videos. No one can tell you what is possible for you
I guess that when the great spiritual teachers like Tom,Bashar,Dr.Joe and others say that anything is possible they're not saying it figuratively. I mean,some people literally cure themselves off terminal diseases so 🤷🏾♀️. Go for it. It would be really interesting waking up one day as a total different race in a parallel reality. I would love that. And like they say if you are imagining it is because you already exist in some reality in a different race and gender.
