Chris Matthews is wonderful and we need insights and voices like his now. Please have him on MSNBC often, or better yet, give him another show to host. He's why I started watching MSNBC and he gave me a political education and taught me how to watch news and understand the difference between journalists and pundits and where people are coming from, and I miss him. I know why he's no longer there, I was watching that night, and everyone deserves a second chance as long as they've owned their problematic behavior and show a willingness to change.

The Supreme Court Justices are sworn to uphold two oaths of office. What are the consequences when their actions break those oaths ? What steps are needed to remedy actions in conflict with their oath ? These illustrious appointed fair and impartial standard bearers of the law are such a mockery and embarrassment to American jurisprudence. It sure looks like actions MUST BE TAKEN to remediate the unlawful lack of ethics, and absolute dereliction of duties exhibited the most senior justices on the bench. This so appalling. History and every DEMOCRATIC LEGAL SCHOLAR in the United States and throughout the World, will enshrine the actions and voices of this court and its head shaking actions in perpetuity.
