In this community they aren’t allowed, but down the street they are. I would love to have chickens and sheep as well. Maybe one day I can buy a property for for farm animals and veggies 😊😊😊

We can’t trust all the food in circulation so it’s better to start preparing to grow our own to feed our communities. I find it interesting some communities even in the US don’t allow family chickens and goats. They make us buy them from the stores instead of raising and tearing our own. I’ve been learning a lot about them in Africa where the land is fertile and animals are abundant.

Hola , creo que es barato. Sale como a 10$ el metro cuadrado. Si la área es bueno entonces es muy buen precio. Se que en Tlajomulco están poniendo la terminal de la línea 4, en mi opinión eso va hacer que las propiedades suban en precio en los próximos años, si le gusta la área, cómprala. Mi consejo es que ojo en el vendedor, muchas veces en las áreas históricas son propiedades heredadas y aveces la gente nunca la ponen a su nombre. No se confíe, solo si todo está en orden compre. Saludos. Si hay HOA. Para una propiedad de 1350 metros cuadrados sale como en 350$ al año, es más o menos dependiendo del tamaño del terreno.
