This was filmed approximately at 2513 Spring Way in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. If you look at it on Google Maps (as of today) the exact location was in between the two yellow posts that are in front of the glass doors. Those yellow posts have since been removed and replaced with different posts with lights on top.
The movie was based in Pittsburgh, but the Breakdancers were from the South Bronx.
