    Man this is very helpful. My Daughter is so interested in Graffiti.(very proud dad) It's not easy to teach something that you teach yourself over time, I want her to find her own style

    • @LewisTheSOLDIER
      @LewisTheSOLDIER 5 років тому +18

      Her style will evolve on its own, trust me. Its important to show her lots of graffiti, not the super crazy ones like Mad C ord Sofles but something that would be realistic for her to draw if she practiced enough in like 1-2 years. She will feel motivated rather than demotivated because she knows that she can do it. From the different perspectives on graffiti her own style will evolve over time. Dont show her too much what you do rather than many different pieces and styles

    I’ve been doing graffiti since 98. One pattern I’ve noticed over the years is that as writers progress and grow into their styles it’s seems many go from simple to super wild and in their more mature graffiti years return to the simple structure. Not everyone does it obviously, but it’s definitely a common theme I’ve seen over the years and as the internet came, across the world.

    I think wild styles are really cool but you can't read them most of the time. And simple styles you can read but you can also execute them well

    Useful and fantastic tutorial, but one thing: when you make an example, don't use only A, B or C, use some others letters.
    It's look like a stupid comment but trust me that it is important and will make your tutorial better. By the way, great video!!!

    Styles are the bones of the graph the can and hand is the skin and soul of the finished piece.
    As a kid i always got hypnotised by tags inside the train carrage. Only because i was amazed at the calligraphy and the confidence of the work. It was church away from church .Graff reminds me that i have a soul and that the best years ive ever had was the ones that made me like other artist work.

    Hi meeen!!! I like this microtutorial of letter's flow in graffiti..
    When i was a child, nobody tell me that tips.. Great tips.
    I am 36 years old and make masterclass of graffiti to child and... .... I will copy your ways jjjjj good work!!
    I'm from Spain and i'm crazy to meet your country and others countries from East Europe.
    Keep a big wall to paint us two masters pieces jejejeje.
    One love meen!.

    Even know that I've been into graff for a year (which still isn't that long ) I understand negative space management and how extensions could change the flow of the piece its self. Hey next time you could talk about 3d and how that changes letter weight

    I don't know; one of my favourite local artists were called inch and kezah, the graffiti artists in my area had simple styles but knew how to mix fantastic colours. They were great at picking spots and even their quick boms (throw ups) had flare and style. I admire wild style and it's really impressive, but I think simple styles are closer to my heart. I do really like 3D graffiti though, that stuff is super impressive.

    For some reason I came across a graffiti video a couple of days ago & right after to your channel. Great content btw. I’m a little older to be tagging on street walls but now I’m more conscious of what’s written in my hood & there’s some really shitty tags that you can’t honestly call graffiti art like what you do. I’ll be trying some letters on paper & then possibly doing my iPhone case if I’m a natural & get good fast.
