I literally learned from you with no formal education in Graphics Design. Now I'm a graphics designer in Cameroon, working for an international institution. Thanks Satori Graphics
I'm a beginer designer and in all your video i just like "Hey, that's looks cool, maybe i should try smth like that? Wow, there is a tool for that?" Realy apriciate your diligence. your channel is realy usefull
Good job! Top end customers to boot. Research should be everyone's mantra when dealing with customers, no matter what service you are providing. Well done Tom, hope you go from strength to strength.
Great job Sir Tom! Thanks for sharing your success with your recent client logo design. I myself have had many successful logo designs and still I'm growing my knowledge. As always have a great day.
This video really really inspired me a lot and gave great tips for successful logos. Thanks a lot as always. Also, I want to request a video on a certain topic if you can. Please please make a video about shape psychology in logo designs, again, thanks a lot..!
Thanks a lot for the valuable information...i have all of you tutorials collection...they always keep me on the go .witb my clients and the industry....keep up the good work ...your educational channel means a lot to us
How do you come up with your keywords? Do you simply ask them or do you have some sort of form they fill out? Also do you have a list of standard keywords they choose from (in case they’re not understanding exactly what you’re looking for)?
Sometimes the client will give me some, but I often ask them to send a few words that describe their business and their message. I then expand on them from there
Hi Tom, I was just wondering if you could do a tutorial on the animated transitions that you used in one of your previous videos (5 Golden rules of minimal graphic design) they were awesome, thanks if you can! 👍 Of course no pressure thanks for all of your fantastic content!
I learned even more that shapes can be very impactful on logos, it's a good element to keep in mind when doing research, great logo btw a big improvement from their old one
Without going back and looking at it, from memory all I can think of is that it's red? That may even be wrong.. many logos look similar to other logos because there are millions and millions of them, as well as millions of designers
I like the logo presentation, but I'm not sure about the logo shape and color. At a glance it looks like a flag or a bookmark symbol. I like the negative space A concept and the shape psychology part, but it doesn't strike me as a corporate building symbol.
Awesome video, Tom! Thank you for such an in depth look. I was so exited to see the capital A's on your PDF but it looks like they just pushed for the lower case, huh? 🤦♂️ I am sure that was tough but you navigated that well & the structural shape is awesome. 👌
Hey Satori - Great video once again, one of the few designers that I subscribe to! - Quick question... Love the shape psychology and research that went into this logo, can you explain the colour choices (not saying they are wrong, I like them, but thought explaining them might also help others). Many thanks dude!
Thanks for the comment Green is great for growth and health, which relates back to the positive health changes the company aims to achieve. Blue is a trusting colour but also serious, which links back to my research 👍
Hi Satori, I am post-production ( VFX, compositing, rotoscope , matchmoving, etc) professional since 2007. I have been doing photography since 16 as a passion but recently developed a liking and taste for designing things on photoshop or illustrator though i have been doing image editing stuff on PS. But don't have a proper roadmap/ guidance to follow...to be at least a decent logo designer. My query: Hw to do that?? to be a decent logo designer. Can you help, please?
You obviously are very articulate and have a good delivery and voice. However, that logo has some real issues. I don't know if you read your comments....but I'd like to see how that logo looks on a business card...it would be very bad. Your icon is so big and the type under the triple lower case "a" letters is so small. The balance is way off. The difference in the two cream colors you use in the icon isn't pronounced enough. The icon looks like a ribbon which I'm not sure is what you were going after...ribbons are for protest in the USA...or maybe. you are going for the look of a medal that people in the military wear?. I do like the negative space at the bottom of the icon which creates a sort of upper case "A". The three lower case "a" letters are not an easy thing to work with. It's actually a bad name for a company though I know you had no say in the matter. It's the kind of thing small and ignorant companies did years ago to get to the top of the business pages of phone books when they used to print those. It was always a sign that the company knew they could never get ahead by any other means....cheap trick. aaa means nothing unless I'm not aware of something within the industry. Also, I don't think the lower case "a" is working with all the words that you used this business....your key words. I have to say that after watching your other videos this one fell short.
Their previous logo was so poor that any logo would be better. The final result disappointed me. I don't find it sturdy, strong or anything else. All I see is a june party flag. I thought you would surprise us with a more remarkable logo.
I literally learned from you with no formal education in Graphics Design. Now I'm a graphics designer in Cameroon, working for an international institution. Thanks Satori Graphics
Wow that is totally outstanding, good going and I'm happy to told me this today 👍
Satori Graphics I’m blessed indeed.
First, I like satori's video.
then I watch.
You are a real Designer. Hats off.
A detailed research is so much important for a logo design. It gives you an idea about; the direction you should go, what to avoid and what to pick.
I'm a beginer designer and in all your video i just like "Hey, that's looks cool, maybe i should try smth like that? Wow, there is a tool for that?"
Realy apriciate your diligence. your channel is realy usefull
Not surprised with your capabilities!
You are genius and I'm very happy to find you here.
Thank you so much for your tips and advice, Tom🙏
Good job! Top end customers to boot. Research should be everyone's mantra when dealing with customers, no matter what service you are providing.
Well done Tom, hope you go from strength to strength.
Thanks a lot as always :)

Great video! Very interesting.
Hi Satori. If you've got time, can you give some inputs on stroke logo design? Thanks very much
Hey man! Thanks for these amazing videos. I'am greatly inspired by your work, well done.

Satori, great information as usual; especially on doing research for starting the project...

Mmm. Nice, but is it a tad similar to the old Standard Life logo?
Without going back and looking at it, from memory all I can think of is that it's red? That may even be wrong.. many logos look similar to other logos because there are millions and millions of them, as well as millions of designers
Nice another one..
Thanks man
Tanks for your tutorial

reminds me off the Adobe logo.....i feel it has too much white space... too tall
And this white space looks jammed (blocked) by the typography beneath, which turns good white space into the hole.
what mic do you use for recording or your voice is so nice?
That would be a RodeNt condenser mic 👍
Satori Graphics, Infact I fell in love with your quality of content bro.
Thank you!
Great video Tom! I wish to see more videos in logo's topic. There are very inspiring ☺️ have z great day!
Love!!
In the “design brief” section of your video, you are using a software package I’m not familiar with. Would you be so kind as to share the name?
That would be Milanote
Satori Graphics outstanding!! Thank you kindly.

So why doesn't this logo work in your opinion? Why isn't it sturdy from your perspective?
