Green was competely outplayed by Zeno. And 11/26 just is NOT going to cut it. Especially against an inferior opponent. im sorry but we have to consider other quarterback options I think Green would make an excellent wideout or maybe safety, he is not SEC caliber qb talent. 11/26 is unacceptable. That will not work for Bobb's offense to click on all cylinders. it just simply wont cut it. I have seen enough of Taylen Green..
@@Jdwray12 Bobby sees the athleticism but he needs more development before getting a starting qb job. No doubt he probably has the highlest ceiling of all the Qb's in that room. However, with that being said we need a more reliable qb at this moment. Maybe Green plays backup and comes in on special packages, or when the starter gets hurt. But im almost certain from what ive seen the backup qb is quite a bit mor servicable
@LeeroyJenkins-sv2fw I'm not sure Green has the highest ceiling. If the true freshman KJ Jackson is what scouts say he is he has extremely high ceiling. Jackson and Singleton were both a lot higher rated coming out of HS. I don't think Green will ever be an accurate passer. He may improve but not enough to be considered accurate.

Trey - we were looking for you when it was 17-3. Thinking we gotta get Trey and talk him off the ledge. 😂. Guys we got a Dub today. Yep it was ugly. Better an ugly dub today than an 2OT loss. We’ll get it going.
Another question, why is this a do or die year for Arkansas? 2 years ago was do or die. We died 2 years in a row and here we are. What will I be happy with at Arkansas? A 6 win season is great for me. We aren’t a football school, so being in a bowl is the goal every year. But when we have millions in NIL and top tier talent on both sides of the ball, we want 6 wins. It’s never happening again under Pittman
I thought for sure they were going to give away their lead toward the end. They’ve done it so many times that it shocked me that they won. They’re not going to win any SEC games playing like they did today & Sam knows it, he needs to have a talk with Bobby.
I said before we got Taylon that Singleton should be out starter. Strong arm, quick decision making, fast and tough. Taylon is good but I can see him throwing a crucial interception or losing the ball trying to scramble. I just believe Singleton is overall a much "sharper" QB.
@@HAWGS15 yea that's true but your pride can stop you from admitting you're wrong too. Petrino chose Green so it would look crazy if he had to make a change. He would have to admit he's wrong..so to speak. I like Green just some early evaluation on my part.#GoHogs
Guess you watch with your eyes closed, he was behind on a few passes but when he does hit receivers right in the hands they drop it, tonight there was several drops that would've hit the guy in the face if his hands didn't block it.
@@centermid7mb I would imagine you don’t break down film then. He missed some open throws, but the game wasn’t close because of Green. The receivers had 12 drops, 7 of those hit them in the hands right in front of their face. Broden dropped 5 of them yesterday. Along with what would’ve been a touchdown last week 2 plays before OkSt got the pick 6. Big momentum swing cause your receiver can’t catch a ball that hitting their hands. If the guys being paid to catch the ball; would, then everybody would be praising Taylen for a shaky but acceptable 3-0 start. I guess Green should catch the ball himself after he throws it and you’ll be happy.
TREY you are exactly correct. Take last year. Cloae games against ole miss, bama and lsu. Away. Get bombed by auburn, Missouri and loses to byu and miss st. at home. Unreal. Keep us on the road. Please!
It is all well and good to talk about things that happen in practice. Unless those things translate over to real games, nobody cares about what happens in practice.
I dont know TB.....is a 25-26 overall record acceptable in year 5 at the UofA? Apparently it is. I know one thing....like LJ said post game....if the Defense plays like they did today against most sec teams.....theyll beat the hell out of us. Hope they get that fixed with the quickness...WPS!
Always looking forward to your take and I agree that the they played down to their level, whatever that means. As far as I could tell they lacked fire in the belly. I also think that UAB is well coached and has some good talent. I saw several routes that would have given better teams trouble.
Trey, I agree with what you're saying. Finding it awfully hard to continue to be optimistic about the program under Sam Pittman. I think your prediction for the record at season end is going to be correct, however, we're going to have moments where we see the possibilities of what could've been. If it gets as bad or worse than last season, expect to see the defense to collapse those last few weeks.
It all starts at the top. The AD would rather experiment with turning coordinators into head coaches cause he's trying to save money. Pittman wants to hire head coaches as coordinators so he can look good as a head coach without having to work at it and it shows on the field. I'm over it.
Arkansas is very dangerous I'm Louisville fan but I've enjoyed watching every Arkansas game, Player turnovers cost them a game in overtime or they would be 3-0 it was fun to watch unlike last year I couldn't watch.
You are absolutely 💯 correct, Trey! The attitude of the Arkansas players seems to be lax-a-daisical, "Oh, we got this, no sweat, it's just UAB." Well, UAB, come to whip Arkansas' ass and were for 1 and a half quarters. Coach Dilfer had his guys believing they could win. At first, it looked that way. Because Arkansas has been known to lose to lesser talented teams. I'm glad they got the W, but they better be ready to play. They have to win at least 1 of the 2 games or go 2 for 2 against Auburn and TXAM. If they go 0 and 2, they won't go bowling. The "digging a hole to climb out of" type game plan is not what fans want to see. I hope they figure something out soon before they run thru the SEC opponents schedule. Because half-assury isn't going to fly! I would hate to see a repeat of last year's record. WPS!
We can't afford another lose but also we dont need to tip our hand too early either with jus how great this team is nor open up the playbook for sec scouts to build a gameplan on. They will clean up the mental errors before conference play and surpass expectations. We have the talent and coaches. Nows lets show these kids we believe in them and let world know we believe in our hawgs, and that we aren't a bunch of wishful thinking fans band waggoners. Come on hawg nation the best is yet to come. If you don't believe in our kids who will. We expect greatness because we know we have and always had a great team. Just lacked the confidence from our players ans fan base at times. Its bout time we change the mentality here and now.
I paid a few hundred dollars and traveled 5 hours for my family and I to watch this game and I completely regret it. I wouldn’t pay to watch another game if I hadn’t already bought tickets to go to the Tennessee game
100% agree with this. It's hard not to have a hangover from a huge letdown loss the week before where you and everyone else knows you outplayed the other team. Remember 98 Arkansas against Miss St after the Tennessee disaster-- gave away the SEC western division title with that one.
Taylen is such a coin flip. He reverted so heavily to his mechanics at Boise State. That first interception. On top of the DL not getting any PUSH and the lack of pass rush is pitiful.
drove hours bought tickets bought a hotel room sat in and around the stadium from 9 am to 7pm for the entirety of the game all for that product. im done driving up there for these games if our team just wont show up too. or maybe were just not that good.
Arkansas hasn't had a killer instinct since BP was head coach. They've been mentally fragile since Bielema. I'm not a delusional fan that expects a "natty" every other year, but making it to a decent bowl should be our standard.
Well I still have no faith in the team still so it is what it is….again. Pittmans team has always had 0 discipline. I’m ok with us moving on from him. He’s peaked
All comes down to sam. He never has his teams prepared in fayetteville. Maybe they should petition to play all games on the road. I know the school would never do that because of not making money. Pittman just not it. He stinks as a hc and doesn't get they guys fired up to play for the people of arkansas. Thought Pittman being around Kirby for a time would have helped. Guess not.😮
Dline was much better last year. Overall, defense was better. Certainly offense is improved this year for AR. If this years O had last years D we'd have a 9-10 win team. We'll never be better than 10 W team.
I didn’t like any of the players answers about UAB during the week either. Sounded like they weren’t really worried about UAB, as if they didn’t have to take them seriously.
Can anyone give me one good reason to hold on to Sam Pittman? Any reason that has to do with Sam Pittman being a good head football coach? I don't think there is any reason to hold on to him. I don't think he's a good coach. I think he served his purpose which is to stabilize the program. If we want to take the next step up it is not going to be with him wearing the headset on the sidelines.
7-5 is acceptable in year 5 sam has to show he can be the head coach in the heat of the moment, if they go 6-6 and they are exciting to watch he may be OK as well but it would be hard for myself to stay on board at 6-6
Well we can't be mad if they didn't come to play or maybe looking ahead because a lot of the fans were looking ahead to Auburn when I myself said we need to take one game at a time no matter who it is but the players were listening to the fans.
Trey, the reason we can't put our foot on a teams neck and end them, is due to coaching. Sam's teams have his "aww shucks" mentality. Sam doesn't have icewater in his veins like Bobby does...for me I wouldn't be happy with anything less than 7-5; but I think 6-6 will keep his job, anything less, Hunter makes a move.
Hopefully this is the worst of it... the tackling is absolutely atrocious, good news... penalties were down and JQJ didnt have any fumbles... first time this season.. that defense is pitiful, no pressure, horrible tackling, wide open receivers... all fixable, but cant win playing like this...
@cadenjowers5203 not called penalties, absolutely, but called ones, last time i looked late in the 4th we had 3 penalties for 35 yards.. by far best this season... but yeah they were getting frustrated and doing a lot of stupid shit that didnt get called in the first half especially
If they keep playing like this they will not win many games in the SEC! Maybe we should leave the SEC and find a good high school conference to join. 😂
It’s hard to be passionate for Razorback football when they constantly play with this “let’s not lose” mentality instead of a “we can win” attitude.
One of Arkansas‘s biggest problems is pass rush putting no pressure on the quarterback
Someone should tell the defense it's not a penalty to blitz the QB 😊
But they have the superstar Landon Jackson on the d line!

That will not work for Bobb's offense to click on all cylinders. it just simply wont cut it. I have seen enough of Taylen Green..
But but he was hand picked by the god Bobby
Once you accept we’re a mediocre team, you’ll be fine. Consume lots of alcohol during the game and you’ll be fine. That’s my remedy and it works for me, maybe it will work for you too. Hoping for a 5-7 season. Go Hogs!
Sam walking by at the beginning of the video….
Too bad he didn’t stick around to listen
I just feel like all of that mentality stuff and focus etc that you are talking about comes from the top, I really do put that on the head coach..
#5 Broad sucks … he cost them the Okie State game and dropped a sure touchdown today.
I thought for sure they were going to give away their lead toward the end. They’ve done it so many times that it shocked me that they won. They’re not going to win any SEC games playing like they did today & Sam knows it, he needs to have a talk with Bobby.
Yeah like, “ Hey Bobby, how do you coach a football team?”
@@rogerstafford8849
Exactly!! You get it.
I said before we got Taylon that Singleton should be out starter. Strong arm, quick decision making, fast and tough. Taylon is good but I can see him throwing a crucial interception or losing the ball trying to scramble. I just believe Singleton is overall a much "sharper" QB.
Petrino is excellent at talent evaluation and he chose green as the starter out of practices and spring ball. That means something
yall said this about Jacolby too
Green is getting the most NIL money. So he plays. That's the mentality.
@@jofra3147 But Singleton has shown his accuracy and patience. All we seen from Jacolby was speed.
@@HAWGS15 yea that's true but your pride can stop you from admitting you're wrong too. Petrino chose Green so it would look crazy if he had to make a change. He would have to admit he's wrong..so to speak. I like Green just some early evaluation on my part.#GoHogs
They play to the disposition of their coach. "Ah shucks. "....😢
I was there today I thought about leaving at halftime but I stayed till the end!
Thanks Trey...maybe we are not very good, again 🤷
It’s pretty simple, we just aren’t good. Period
Liberty Flames PTSD attacks all day
The every week head shaking and heavy sighs kinda tickle me. The long and short of it is that our QB could not hit a bull in the butt.
Guess you watch with your eyes closed, he was behind on a few passes but when he does hit receivers right in the hands they drop it, tonight there was several drops that would've hit the guy in the face if his hands didn't block it.
@@BoostFiend_Bud You don't know much about breaking down film do you? That's all right. Maybe best you go back to sleep.
I guess Green should catch the ball himself after he throws it and you’ll be happy.
be thankful for we are better than last year .UAB is better than people think
UAB scored 6 against ULM last week...
@@tyler9953thank you for dropping facts on this soy boy
No no no! Did you watch the game. Arkansas came out and played flat.
Opinion. 5 wins and a change at the top is really needed.
Thanks Trey. Always on point!
I haven't been excited since we beat Texas last time this team needs change idk if it's a coach qb or both, but they need a jolt
Keep in mind guys ; literally 90% of the top 25, including in the SEC, has had one of these games in the past three weeks… #WPS 🐗🏈
It all starts at the top. The AD would rather experiment with turning coordinators into head coaches cause he's trying to save money. Pittman wants to hire head coaches as coordinators so he can look good as a head coach without having to work at it and it shows on the field. I'm over it.
I feel like we rolled out there thinking UAB was gonna be like UAPB. Different class of athlete.
Trey, we’ve never had that mentality. Remember the Bert years…Bowl game against VT…🤮
Arkansas is very dangerous I'm Louisville fan but I've enjoyed watching every Arkansas game,
Player turnovers cost them a game in overtime or they would be 3-0 it was fun to watch unlike last year
I couldn't watch.
On the bright side, averaging 46 points a game.
Punted a total of 3 times in 3 games.
Go Bobby!
BP is def doing his job....no doubt about it
You are absolutely 💯 correct, Trey!
I agree 100%
Mentality ( coaching preparation )
Foot on neck! BP has always been conservative with a 10 to 14 point lead!
I paid a few hundred dollars and traveled 5 hours for my family and I to watch this game and I completely regret it. I wouldn’t pay to watch another game if I hadn’t already bought tickets to go to the Tennessee game
I can have 3-4 good throws out of 50. We need 40-45 to be good throws.
I think the OK State game lingered heavily on them.
100% agree with this. It's hard not to have a hangover from a huge letdown loss the week before where you and everyone else knows you outplayed the other team. Remember 98 Arkansas against Miss St after the Tennessee disaster-- gave away the SEC western division title with that one.
You could be correct about that
Biddy had a stalker walking up on those stairs. 0% Awareness on their part.
I'm just happy that we won. WPS
Everyone forgot to mention the big fat elephant in the room. Our OL got their ass kicked. All day.
Can't believe after all the games you have been to in razorback stadium there is an exit you haven't been out. 😂. Love the walk and talk
As a hog fan im so tired of just having hope. we all need some belief!
I think everyone was looking past UAB
We're all just tired of the sorry showings. Is it too much to ask our players to come into a game with a killer mentality.
Guess not.😮
Let's be real Bobby Petrino is auditioning for the head coaching job
I’d definitely like to see Luke Hasz more involved in the offense.
I definitely feel treys frustration 🤝🏾🤝🏾🐗🐗
What's up with trying to tackle everyone up high and all the facemask penalties
The NCAA changed the rules. It's now bump football instead of tackle football.
Dline was much better last year. Overall, defense was better. Certainly offense is improved this year for AR. If this years O had last years D we'd have a 9-10 win team. We'll never be better than 10 W team.

Auburn 35 Arkansas 7 Facts 🤪😂😂😂
1st time reading comments, wish I hadn't... Go HOGS #WPS
I didn’t like any of the players answers about UAB during the week either. Sounded like they weren’t really worried about UAB, as if they didn’t have to take them seriously.
Last time I felt good about a Hog game, Treylon Burks was making everyone look good.
Everyone loves Pitman but I think you know who is gonna get a promotion next year
A win is a win don't care
7-5 is acceptable in year 5 sam has to show he can be the head coach in the heat of the moment, if they go 6-6 and they are exciting to watch he may be OK as well but it would be hard for myself to stay on board at 6-6
Well we can't be mad if they didn't come to play or maybe looking ahead because a lot of the fans were looking ahead to Auburn when I myself said we need to take one game at a time no matter who it is but the players were listening to the fans.
Tough Win
Well last year 4-8, is a lot to bounce back from…
Green better hurry up and fix what ever he’s got going on because sec starts up now
DAMN RIGHT!!! WELL SAID TB!!!!!
We've been a bad program for over a decade. No reason for the Hogs to overlook or disrespect a "lesser" opponent. We've had some embarrassing losses.
" IS this the right way out here? I dont think so." 😂
sounds like coach P game plan to me
Hopefully this is the worst of it... the tackling is absolutely atrocious, good news... penalties were down and JQJ didnt have any fumbles... first time this season.. that defense is pitiful, no pressure, horrible tackling, wide open receivers... all fixable, but cant win playing like this...
Penalties were barely down and if anything they were lost undisciplined than the ok state game. Probably should of had 5 face mask calls against them
@cadenjowers5203 not called penalties, absolutely, but called ones, last time i looked late in the 4th we had 3 penalties for 35 yards.. by far best this season... but yeah they were getting frustrated and doing a lot of stupid shit that didnt get called in the first half especially
If they keep playing like this they will not win many games in the SEC! Maybe we should leave the SEC and find a good high school conference to join. 😂
We will beat LSU and Texas. Both coming off of bye weeks and the fans will be insane for both those games. Rivalries matter.
See a doctor. It’s very unhealthy to be stuck in this big of a delusion for this long.
Taylon green looked like he didn't want to be there and the offensive line sucks.
People on other channels think singleton is the next joe Montana lol
