This it's all the Supers of all the characters (Except the DLC) from PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale for PS3 but in Japanese Version here's all voices it's in Japanese, except PaRappa the Rapper, Dante and Sir Danielle what it's on English the anoncer voice is in Japanese too...well almost him talks in engrish (For example say: Levelu Ichi, Levelu Nii, Levelu Zan)

RIP Keiji Fujiwara (1964-2020). The voice actor of both good Cole and evil Cole from the Japanese dubbed of PSASBR who passed away after he tried his best to fight back cancer. May you rest in the Heaven as you're finally spread out your glorious wings and landed to a safer and more peaceful place on the Sky. And God will always blessing you much. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

whats strange to me about parappa still speaking english is the fact that there was an anime cartoon based on him that has no known english dub

He Does. The Anime Series (alongside the PJ Berri Anime Shorts) were the only times the characters ever had japanese voices. The Games retained the English Voices for all versions, including the japanese, with the obvious difference of having japanese subtitles.
I was gonna say "Don't Forget Dante" but I noticed that I'm not sure if Devil May Cry had an anime (You could tell me otherwise) so yeah!

Nathan Drake: Desmond Miles and a few other characters in both Japanese and English. Then we have Chris Redfield and Ovan.
Cole: The name's Cole. Got it memorized? *Laughs crazily* WHY SO SERIOUS?! I, Esidisi, SHALL BURN YOU UP! Ladies, ladies, The Black Knight's in the house....AND MY DAUGHTER IS NOW 3 YEARS OLD~!!!!!

Clank: That being said, he's also THE master of Ryuu and Ken (and funny enough, he was Ryuu himself only in 3rd Strike). Expect him from being Old Joseph Joestar (OVERDRIVE~!!!) to being THE announcer for JoJo's (and Weather Report). Oh, hey there....you REALLY want the ladies to wear miniskirts back in 2003 before being taken over by someone else now, don't you?

God damn Japanese Sweet Tooth sounds badass. Not as good as the English, but damn fine in his own right.
PaRappa was legitimately voiced in Japanese before by Miyu Irino.
Tessho Genda also voices Batman, Younger Toguro and Suppaman (from Dr. Slump and Arale-chan)
And also kuma nine tales fox in Naruto as well.

His Japanese voice actor, Fujiko Takimoto (Young Link and Takimin Soulcalibur also.), is female herself, and has played Spike since the start of the series, which may also be a similar reason to which Marc Silk played him in English to a differs extent.
I just love the Japanese voices, especially Radec's and Sly's!

Ever since the first game, to Parappa 2, even though Parappa was made by a Japanese Sony Entertainment, the cast was always in English. Even with the Japanese subtitles.
Considering what few reasonable alternatives there were for fighting moves and non-3D artwork, that's probably the ideal way to represent the anime.
Radec's voice in Japanese is really fitting
Makoto Tsumura, who does the japanese voice for Ratchet is the same person who voiced Mighty Atom (A.k.a. Astro Boy) in the 2003 remake of Mighty Atom!

Actually raidens voice is the only one changed. I played this game in Portuguese first and Spanish second and his voice was in English.

Its a tribute you see parappa the rappa is a japanese game with english voice actors every version of parappa the rappa and jammer lammy has parappa and everyone around him speak English its just tribute. I mean you might as well ask why doesn't heihachi speak english in are all stars :P
With regards to relevance to PlayStation, three games and a remake that defined the modern rhythm genre would and should reasonably take precedence a short-lived TV show based off of said games.

Why didn't Parappa speak Japanese? Parappa the Rapper came from Japan, he should be speaking Japanese!
+Sonic Gamer Because despite being made in Japan, PaRappa ALWAYS speaks English. In every version of his game that isn't English, there are merely subtitles. The only time where PaRappa didn't speak English was in his anime.
I guess they decided to keep that with him.

I would assume its because it would be way too difficult to translate each rap into different languages while still retaining the humor, rhythm, and lyrical quality. If they were regular songs, then I can imagine it being possible to translate it, but with a meaningful or humorous rap song, it'd be very hard.

I never said Japanese raps don't exist. I'm saying that it probably would've been too difficult to translate PaRappa's games into other languages, including Japanese. Given PaRappa the Rapper's game mechanics, they would need to make sure every other language matches the amount of syllables, the flow, timing, etc. which would've been near impossible, especially if they want to include the same humor and messages within each song. Watch or play his games and examine the way its played. You'll see what I mean.

Kratos's English voice is better. If Sweet Tooth's is then it's only slightly. Radec's English voice actor is better, so is Coles', so is Clank's, so is Spike's.
