    I was also bullied on site. My face didn't fit from day dot, so that was it. Treated like utter garbage for months until I walked out. Soon after, I got another apprenticeship at a company that repairs and services lifts and hoisting equipment. And I've now been there 8 years. From day one, I was made to feel welcome. I had a one on one mentor who looked after me and never treated me like an idiot. The days of treating apprentices like shit needs to end.

    Just got to treat them like you want to be treated doesn't matter if they are the boss or not end of the day it's only a job there's plenty more out there

    Out of all the trades, Boilermaking probably has the worst type of people to work with, know from experience.

      @@Drejac1 oh yeah, great trade and good money but the people (mostly) are angry and abusive especially if you're an apprentice. If you like to build things go for it.

      @@Techtuyi depends on where you work, I was on 6am-4pm 4 days a week, but its rare to find those workshops.
