Great video, flibustier beach is the beach that was elected among the most beautiful beach in the world, its a private beach at ile aux cerfs, not on the main area you will need to have access through the golf course
I have watched few of your videos I have to say your little boy is adorable! My wife is Mauritian we are coming in January with a one way ticket and after 22 years living abroad in London.
I remember you. During november and december, i came for an internship on the island. After lunch, i would usually come on the beach for a small stroll, and i saw you 3 with a camera and i immediately guessed you were bloggers😅. Sadly yes, the food is quite expensive and the portion is not very big🤭.
One of the things you missed on your day trip to this popular island was the speed boat tour to La Cascade-the waterfall. These tours are part of an all inclusive day trip with lunch, a half lobster if you pay extra.Your adorable son was correct when he pointed out a replica of a pirate ship in the Trou d'Eeau Douce bay. I saw it as far back as the year 2010.
@@parttimetravellingfamily Okay, you may not like all the speed boats crowding the river on the way to the waterfall. I'm not even certain if it can be reached without being on one of those guided boat tours.
Unfortunately the island has been a victim of its own beauty. It used to have a canal between the 2 islands making it one of the most beautiful island in the world but mass tourism and over development has sort of ruined it. But you can still find amazing spots if you move away from the main beach. If you want something spectacular try flat island in the north. Shouldn’t cost more than £30 pp for a day trip with lunch and drinks included
Yes... it is a shame. We saw some of the old photos of the two islands and they look completely different. Be sure to keep watching as we've got that excursion coming up soon. Thank you for watching 😊🖤
Lawrence is Mauritian 🤯 I knew it 😣💯 I heard the boat guy speak creol to him.. You guys should have done the waterfall, it's quite epic 😳 also you guys chose the perfect time to be posting tropical island Vlogs 😫😣🙄 it's - 3c in UK
😂😅... The secret is out Haha. Spoiler alert!!! We did go to see the waterfall in video that'll be out soon. UK weather is truly miserable! Thanks for your support... we really appreciate you. 🖤🖤
Consider the five-island tours for an exceptional experience. These tours are reasonably priced, especially given the remarkable destinations included. The package offers excellent value, with food and unlimited alcoholic beverages included. ☺☺ just some few tips i'm local
Absolutely gobsmacked and gutted for I can't believe what used to be a paradise refined-sandy beach with a natural canal has been reduced to How embarrassing and pissed at those hotel promoters who are the sole ones responsible for this massacre and yet keep ripping-off tourists with the superfluous prices What a let down from the Mauritian government and now they want to destroy Roches Noire a wee bit northwards So ashamed to be Mauritian these days
I must have to agree about Ille aux cerfs...we thought the island was such a let down and was our worst experience in Mauritius. To see how we, the tourists, have reduced a little piece of paradise to a money-grabbing, over populated area. We couldn't wait to get away from there, tbh. Very sad :(
Ile aux cerf is not like it was like 15years ago. It has been deplete by human & tourism activities, etc. Most of the local people go there with their families and its the destination one of foreign visitors. Nature will suffer as consequent(fuana and flora). Everyone should take their responsibilities and make its own contribution to preserve what's left.
Yeah, cheapskates better go to phillipines or something. Mauritius is a premium destination and has been for years, if you can't come don't come, it's simple but don't start complaining about prices.
@@jevin2738 A MAURITIAN MAYBE YOU ARE LIKE YOU PROBABLY LIKE THEM TAKING TOURIST MONEY WITHOUT CONCIENCE , STEALING FROM TOURIT IS NOT A CHEAPSKATES ? PHILIPINES ARE MORE CLEANER IN SOME EXTENT AND NICER PEOPLES , I DONT MEAN ALL MAURITIAN THE SAME BUT THOSE THAT ARE LIKE YOURSELF . YES BETTER FOR VALUE FOR MY HARD EARN MONEY AND CHEAPER FARES EVERYTHING ... WOULDNT YOU ?
@clintvan9715 Like I said if you can't come, don't come. Mauritius was always advertised for high-end tourism, hence those prices, the same will go to Maldives and Seychelles in terms of prices or they might even be more expensive. DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT PRICES WAS MY POINT. :) If you prefer phillipines, that's great have a nice stay but don't complain if you want to spend your HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE CHEAPER. That's it, have a nice day. ❤
Thank you for watching 🖤 Please like the video if you enjoyed it 😊
PLEASE COMMENT WHERE YOU FAVOURITE PLACE IN MAURITIUS IS ⬇

You should do a tour and explore the big supermarkets on the island
Coming up soon... 😊 🖤 Be sure to let us know what you think when we post it. It'll be in a week or so.
Hey guys, absolutely LOVE your adventures. Can you tell me who you hired the car with in mauritius please? ❤❤❤
How you can be that beautiful and so humble. Unlucky me!
Lucky your husby... Beautiful family.
Wonderful ISLAND....

The locals here were gutted too. I think it's just been so over used without the correct maintenance. It was a fun day though 😅 🖤
Group trips with a bbq are way cheaper like £35pp with transfer, dolphins etc … but I defo feel il aux benitiers is nicer 💕

👍 Like from India
Thank you 🖤🖤🖤
So why do you keep coming to Mauritius then!!?
Cute family
Who is a 'crisps in or a 'crisps out' person?
Some people put crisps 'in' their sandwich and some eat them separately 'out' of the sandwich.. 😊 🖤 Brits can we quite strange at times 😅
@@parttimetravellingfamily My wife only eats crisps in a sandwich.
All the outer islands need to be protected and stop the aggressive activities to help the fauna and flora. 😢
