This Clear Took 4 MONTHS to Complete

- This is the best clear I've ever done, no doubt about it. This map went unbeaten for 4 months by snipers on CN but after casters managed to do it my friend 方周 asked me if I wanted to give it a try with snipers and so over the course of a week it was just me and some CN lads over QQ trying to crack this thing and that was the most fun I ever had playing AK. I really love chapter 12 and unfortunately I think they'll never be able to beat it in terms of fun but I'm just glad I was able to craft this masterpiece of a clear together with my friends

The difficulty was just so sky high that there was no way but to adapt to it, the dp cap actually made so we had to plan every single deploy carefully for p2 or we wouldn’t have enough and the civilians taking so long to scan had us use every single possible deploy we had to counter them. Chap 12 is so brutally hard for snipers but it felt so fucking good conquering it and it gave me the best memories I ever had in AK that was solving this stage over a week on QQ with my cn friends so I really love it

Chapter 12's sole annoyance is that Civilans take 25s to be scanned, and for sus Civilans, they have 1 extra second of immunity frame (Yes, litteraly one extra second). Pretty much to say the whole chapter is just hard counter niche plays (especially ranged operators niche) since the Civilans scanning progress cant be shorten + they also lose scan progress if not inside op's range.

@@etgamer16 the boss himself is a dps/medic's strength test anyways
Also test the way you managing your ops
Niche runs are testing how you'll handle the nuke of the boss once they reach phase 2

Whys the damazti cluster so insanely bulky, seriously.... THAT much investment to kill them? Insane.
the investment is to skip the last clone, you need to deal around 90k dmg in the 9s they take ot cast the explosion, otherwise they just go invulnerable and deal with them that way
@@Storn_ I assume that if the boss wasn't bound when at 50% HP, it would be invulnerable and summon the last clone? Can this trick be used to reduce the number of clones spawned at other points?
@@halley_lu it’s not because he was bound, after aoe explosion at start of p2 he will take 50s(35s on h12-4) to do another one, during the animation of the explosion (Charge + explosion + going back to normal stance) he won't go invulnerable even if you reduce him to 50% hp, so if you want to replicate this the idea is get him as close to 50% as possible without reaching it then right when he starts doing the explosion animation you cross the 50% threshold and burst him down before he manages to finish the full animation that way you skip 1 invul phase and he won't spawn the last clone, if you don’t have enough damage to burst him down before the animation end he will go invul after the animation is done and will have however much hp he has left and summon the last clone

I’ll prob do one eventuality tbh, grey is just there to slow basically. You definitely need ros a lot more than W for snipers and it’s not even close

H12-1 was fairly annoying H12-2 was a joke once I figured out to bait the drones in a certain way, H12-3 is annoying because it’s super easy to get to the end stretch for me but I have to get lucky with rng at the end of it and H12-4 my brain is bricked I don’t want to think about it

what happen with the invulnerability on half hp for the second phase? doesn't trigger if there is no melee operators in the field?

I had an attempt where he didnt kill all of those enemies for some reason, it shouldn't be necessary but it's good to have just in case
