I am homeowner and have no experience with desigining or architect. Thanks you and appreciate any help you can provide.
My father made our house when i was 13 year old. When i was growing up i used to criticise a lot of things abt our house, my father just smiled on whatever i said. Now i am 35 and i always says my wife that we should be thankful to our parents that at least we have a roof on our head with more than sufficient space we need. 😊

Very well planned, I really appreciate it but there is one major drawback in the kitchen and washroom. Kitchen and washroom don't have any ventilation which will cause major heat in both the places.
For the kitchen you can place one chimney and for the washroom you can put one exhaust fan or else your kitchen and hall will stink everytime someone goes to the loo.

Squarefootage has doubled because of additional floors..
You should design for people with same space who can go for such renovations but do not have idea how to go about it.
I pray to God, everyone in chaals should be able to have such facilities of private washroom and segregated spaces for all family members. 🙏

From an Architect's perspective, design & planning is my second priority here but your hard-work and happiness won my heart👌👍... Rest, try adding an additional window nowhere but atleast 2'*2' for safety concerns. Rest, I have learned something new from this video.👍God bless.
Ventilation totally missing on the ground floor.. Could have planned it better & got 2 bedrooms instead
Chawl main rooms attached hote hai so ventilation main door k upper badi si window k through hi hota hai......lekin ventilation hota hai .....exhausted fan agar lagaya Jaye to heat bhi Kum hoti hai.....so don't worry.....main chawl main ho reheti thi 💖

Minimalist life keliye foreign countries and rich people Jo hai classes bhi lete hai and bade ghar ko thodasa samaan laga ke rehte hai par you have shown a different dimension to a happy life. Bro aapko bahot bahot badhayi ho. Aapki mehnat se aapne ghar bnaye chahe wo chota ho ya bada ghr.lekin apna ho. Im happy 😊...bt ventilation ka mujhe lg rha thoda ki nhi hai properly. Aap wha dhyan dete to or acha bnta. Kitchen se bathroom me entry bhi thik nh lagi. Ghar ekdm bnd bnd sa lg rha hai. Aap thoda or research krte time le kr to or bhi behtareen bnta. Absolutely brilliant ideas to transform small space. Only one thing, just add at least a small window and exhaust in the bathroom. Also for kitchen if possible add a chimney else exhaust as there is no window there.

Every thing is good but the only thing that is weird is that you have to go to washroom via kitchen and it has no ventilation. Really? best solution could have been if the door of washroom is from the living room near the temple. You can move the temple to somewhere else.

Bhai aapka Ghar aapne bahot sundar banaya and bhagwan aapko bahot tarraki de......lekin bathroom cum toilet k jab banate hai to combot best hota hai, kyunki uspe cover hota hai .....aap amazon se Indian toilet cover bhi manga sakte ho, vastushastra k anusar accha hoga
