      It's a Crouse-Hinds 4-square bracket box with MC cable clamps, part # TP454MSB

wrong..... the best for ICF are IPEX ICF boxes 1,2,3 gang........ and transverse running wire need to be deeper into EPS, otherwise at risk with Drywall install... screws will penetrate. if put the wires about 2" deep into EPS, then the wires are not at risk.... kinda weird to make a 'special situation' recommendation as a 'professional' that are real makeshift seems quite lame, to say the least....

What do you do for outdoor outlets?

Good question, I did the same thing, but I put a weather proof outlet cover on it. You could also just drill a hole and sleeve a pipe to pull a wire through, and then install a surface mount electrical box for the outlet.

@@BattleoftheTools Do you add the sleeve before or after you pour?

@@DimRagga I did some of my exterior lights that way, and I left the sleeve in. I used 3/4 inch pvc. I also sleeved out some extra 1" pvc in a few placed in case I want to bring something else in or out in the future without drilling through concrete. Maybe future internet, sprinkler controller, etc...
