Most of the video centers on the King and Queen of Sweden, they make their first of many interviews at 1:25, they visit the King and Queen of Bhutan at 2:00, visit a Bhuddist Monastery at 13:30, and several villages along the high, long trek at altitudes of 2000 meters/6000 feet to 5000 meters/15000 feet, as high as the highest peaks of the Alps or Rockies, mountains in Bhutan reach 7400 meters/24000 feet. Treks are organized with guides, porters, yaks (draft animals) and modern camping gear. Note the use of oxygen at 29:45, altitude illness can be fatal above 3000 meters/10000 feet, and risk increases with height. The group pays respects to a Bhuddist shrine at 13:04, the many tattered flags visible along the way are called "prayer flags" and are believed by locals to send Bhuddist messages to the Gods.

I admire king Carl and his wife Queen Silvia. I believe that they are excellent role models for Sweden. I also admire Frida. I'm thrilled to see the people in Nepal, they seemed shocked with the whole entourage. In addition it looked like the Swedish were seen like people from another planet. They've seen places beyond their land. And they've found new horizons. They spoke strangely, but they understood each other. The meals done in rustic ways. They had a good taste of ethnic cousin. Oh boy, they walked up signing Andante andante. Not a lot of pretty famous people can do this, can they? Well, it seems like it was safe giving the circumstances. Aha! Having the time of their lives.
