    Pretty cool little series this! Looking forward to seeing this unfold. I agree with the other comment saying it should be towards the rear. Last thing you want is having the sliding door area all wet and muddy!

      Hi Lean! We're glad you're enjoying the series so far! We will have a look into having it somewhere near the rear to keep away from the sliding door area, as you're right it'll get quite muddy!

    Shower towards the back of the van, not the sliding door side as you will make it muddy there if on grass. Also did the water tank have a breather hole? I didn't see one, you need one...

      Hi Chris, thank you for your comment! Luckily the Fiamma water inlet has a water breather in built so I don't think we will need an extra one, but we shall look into it. :)

      This tank has 4 pre-installed brass vents on the top face of the tank, located on each turret. These offer secure and appropriate venting for the size and shape of tank 😃

    Learning lots. Getting a lot out of these! Are you eventually fitting two tanks underneath ? One more for the grey water?

      Hi, we're glad you're enjoying the series! We did think about it, but for ease of use we are going to use a roll-able style grey waste water tank. Hope that helps! :D

    what year van is this? I got 2022 vw crafter lwb rear wheel drive with twin wheels. I am fitting same tank and its not going right up to the van's floor.

      @justkampers  Місяць тому

      Hi, this crafter is a 2019 LWB, the only difference would be that ours is FWD. So it should still fit, just make sure there aren't any extra fittings causing the tank not to fit. Hope that helps!

      @@justkampers just a question about capacity of these bolt screw to holding tank. Is it strong enough as we only going screw and not going to use bolt and nuts

    What do u think to indoor for clean water? Grey underneath?

    • @justkampers
      @justkampers  3 місяці тому

      Hi! Indoor water is completely fine, always depends on layout/usage. If you just need it for your sink you probably won't need such a big tank. And if you have a garage style conversion you can easily fit a big tank in the rear. And you can have Grey underneath, just means you would need a way to dispose the water in a responsible way. We're choosing to have a grey tank on wheels underneath so we can still store it inside when it's not in use! Hope that helps. :D
