Hello, I tried to download the Soundscript but unfortunately the download password is not accepted by the system. I have checked the password multiple times and I even checked the chinese letters every time.

Just like the way I replied on Twitter, another point to note is that although they are all Chinese characters, there are also simplified/traditional/Japanese kanji distinctions.
