Gaggia Classic with SoC SuperSteam mod - steaming constantly for 10 minutes

A modded Classic, used for product development and testing, that’s running the latest version of the Shades of Coffee designed steam valve (quarter turn from off to fully on, and no leaks, fully serviceable) as well as SuperSteam and PID.
Testing for duration of steam with around 3” of water in the tank… and it’s not quite empty after 10 minutes of constant steam.

Yes, absolutely - they work well together, though a PID isn't necessary (see product pages on our website for details)

It's not necessary for any Classic - but it's great to have, and it works well with a standard or PID equipped machine.

I'm sorry, we don't support it on any machines other than a Classic. There's a chance that it could be made to work, but it's not a supported configuration.

You won’t need to upgrade to a dual boiler machine if you get fed up of having to refill the boiler each time to steam multiple milk drinks, it’s actually (alongside the PID) a game changing mod for the machine
