andrew hearn are you slow or sum? It’s much more efficient less time consuming & what not to have an informative video on a product whereas to googling each individual thing don’t be silly
You probably won't see this message but I suggest using direct heat next time with the masque (hooded dryer) and please come back with an update I'll wait! You'll be extremely and pleasantly surprised the differences! That's my staple masque as well been following you since your transition journey tfs always 😍😍😍
I love their leave in! I have low porosity hair and I use it to moisturize it sinks and penetrates my hair amazingly making it look really shiny smooth and soft and I seal it in with grape seed oil
I just wanted to say that your lipstick was so beautiful and that I love your hairstyle! The Jamaican black castor oil line has two of my ride or die hair products and I'm glad that you like them!!!
Your hair is a total dream! The JBCO line by SheaMoisture is my favorite by far. The conditioning masque is the BEST! I am still catching up on some of your vids, but it's good to see you and I hope that all is well with you and your mom. Take care, Laila!
The JBCO line has been in the US for a while but I JUST tried the masque and reviewed it like a couple weeks ago and I love it! I'm going to try the leave in next!
I love the Jamaican Black Castor Oil line, especially the hair masque and leave in conditioner. It makes detangling super easy and leaves my hair soft. :) most Shea moisturize products don't work well with my hair lol but this one is great!
Loved your review. Gave you thumbs up because the style your wearing is exactly how I wore my hair throughout secondary school, alternating with two single plaited at the front every second week. Although I have to say back then my hair styles weren't accepted as cute/fashionable or creative in comparison to the girls with the relaxed hair and slicked baby hair with a Chuppa chup lolly pop used as an accessory as apples to my east Africa beads. Watching your video took me 7 years back ☺️
I had a really bad reaction to shea moisture strengthen grow and restore conditioner. I was house bound for a week and a half as my face swelled up and I was covered in a rash. My doctor put my on steroids and antihistamines, I'm actually still waiting for full restoration of my skin. Please test products before you use them it could save you a lot of time and money on meds.
Wow so what ingredient was to blame? You'd definitely want to know for future purposes. I had to take my son to an allergist, they did over 50 skin tests to find that he has an allergy to an enzyme in apples
OMG yes please!!!!! for the tutorial on this hairstyle!!! My hair isn't as long but, i'll definitely wait/ modify it to fit me. I love your hairstyles because they're so creative. One day, I will figure out how to do more than just a twist out on my hair. lol
I only used the shampoo and I was really surprised and amazed 😳 of the results when I rinsed it out I did apply the leave in conditioner tht smells nice I like it I am going to buy the rest of this product
she did a tutorial here lol. Her hair is wet so I'm assuming that's why they're puffy.Could be a combo of her hair being wet along with the size of the twist...
I would like my hair to feel moisturized like yours, I am one year natural and only use the SHAMPOO only, but my hair is soooo unmanagable about to cut it bald again. What do you use with the shampoo to keep your hair moisturized?
She's mentioned in a previous video on preventing unwanted shedding, whilst finger detangling she got more hair caught in chipped nail polish than ever in the ring, it was a gift from her brother from a trip in Ghana I believe. Its crazy that I know this, but honestly have been watching Laila tutorials since she started her transitioning journey. Hope this helps. # not a stalker but have impeccable memory and been a subscriber for years.
Which deep conditioner do you prefer - the hair mayo you typically use or the jbco shea moisture masque? Also, what leave in conditioner do you use, if you were not using the jbco line? I use the cantu shea buter leave in, but have found out that a few of the ingredients are not the healthiest, as such im looking for a good alternative. Thanx
we have very similar hair types but my hair doesn't care for Shea moisture. their jbco line is okay. I felt like my hair was coated with product which made it feel like it was moisturized when it actually isnt. I also found the shampoo to be extremely stripping. I wish I could like this product but I cant
My hair is the same way. The deep treatments unfortunately perform no better than a regular rinse out for me. I want to love the hair products (I love the body products)!!!
Yes you are totally right about the shampoo. When I was transitioning I tried their Hibicus line and my hair was basically matted because it was so stripped. I had to do a lot to fix it.
That's the thing about hair. Hair can appear to be similar but differences in porosity, density and other factors mean that what works for one person doesn't work for another. Doesn't mean the product is bad, just not suited to everyone's hair.
First off I want to say your hair is beautiful. What is you hair texture? I think I'm 4a/b/ and or c. My hair is very tightly curled yet it's a soft spongy texture as well. If I don't use combs it's curly but I have no idea how to maintain those curls and when I use a comb to set angle is becomes bushy. I also suffer with dry hair. Do you have any suggestions to maintain moisture?
Hi. i really want to purchase these products. but there is no shipping to my country.. :'( :'( what can i do plz? i love your videos..im from Mauritius.
I saw you video and loved you hair I both all you used. I'm excited to try. but I want to know how long will it take to see the difference? and can I use other product will using these?should I stop braiding my hair to see more results?. thank you
Who else gets really excited for her hair tutorials just to hear her say "Shea Butta" lol I can't be the only one
The leave-in is my EVERYTHING! & yes please do a hair tutorial!

I'm new to your channel. Your hair is beautiful 😍 can't wait to hit that length!
I love love their leave in conditioner. it's all I use for stretching my High porosity hair.
I love their leave in! I have low porosity hair and I use it to moisturize it sinks and penetrates my hair amazingly making it look really shiny smooth and soft and I seal it in with grape seed oil
you make protective styles look so fun n cute. I love love you n ur accent

The JBCO line by SheaMoisture is my favorite by far. The conditioning masque is the BEST!
I am still catching up on some of your vids, but it's good to see you and I hope that all is well with you and your mom.

You have beautiful hair & yes do a tutorial that hair style is so cute
Thank you very much, I will do :)
Tots agree with that whole sentence...especially hair tutorial request please, though it loms simple enough I can't see what the back looks like.
I'm glad the UK finally received the JBCO line. You have such beautiful hair! I have low porosity hair too.
The JBCO line has been in the US for a while but I JUST tried the masque and reviewed it like a couple weeks ago and I love it! I'm going to try the leave in next!
Your hair is beyond beautiful. Super cute style.
👍👍👍
I love how thick and healthy your hair is. More video uploads like this please.
I love the Jamaican Black Castor Oil line, especially the hair masque and leave in conditioner. It makes detangling super easy and leaves my hair soft. :) most Shea moisturize products don't work well with my hair lol but this one is great!
lol... thats how it is sometimes.
They’ve enhanced the leave-in formula and it’s sooo thick now and works jus as good as the old formula. I def prefer it to be thicker than runny.
Hi Laila!!!! Huge fan here showing you love all the way from the states, YOU ROCK GIRL!!!!!
Your hair is absolutely beautiful!
Loved your review. Gave you thumbs up because the style your wearing is exactly how I wore my hair throughout secondary school, alternating with two single plaited at the front every second week. I love, love, love this line! My hair ranges from super low to medium porosity and it works great for me!
I only used the shampoo and I was really surprised and amazed 😳 of the results when I rinsed it out I did apply the leave in conditioner tht smells nice I like it I am going to buy the rest of this product
3:20 exactly!! Thats what i found too, even though I generally like thick products. I even rub some on my scalp and it stimulates growth!
Your hair is so beautiful. I wish my hair had such beautiful curl. Feeling such hair envy right now

she did a tutorial here lol.

What do you use with the shampoo to keep your hair moisturized?

does this work with white hair? im trying to grow my hair out. I love the curl smoothie on my hair. But wasnt sure if this would fuck my hair up
Yes. They WHITEWHASED their products. So it's now more for white and mixed people.
Theresa Boateng thank you dear!
No problem!
They have more lines....if you want to see what would work the best for you scearch: shea moisture for white people ... or something IDK.

Your hair looks so healthy
Hi Leyla. 😁😁 I adore your videos. I do have a question, does your hair never get stuck to your rings?
She's mentioned in a previous video on preventing unwanted shedding, whilst finger detangling she got more hair caught in chipped nail polish than ever in the ring, it was a gift from her brother from a trip in Ghana I believe. Its crazy that I know this, but honestly have been watching Laila tutorials since she started her transitioning journey. Hope this helps. # not a stalker but have impeccable memory and been a subscriber for years.
Thanks, definitely helped 😊😊
Can we talk about how flawless Laila's face is? Sheesh.
Aww thank you! The sun from travels this summer was good to me. x
Would love a tutorial & love the choker you're wearing! Is there details on the necklace? You look amazing as always! 😍

I love your hair!!!!
Are masque's better for low porosity hair?
thank you for this...your hairstyle is cute i have the masque i never used it i will though tfs!
Thanx
I love that line.. love ya Laila ❤❤
Absolutely love your hairstyle.
we have very similar hair types but my hair doesn't care for Shea moisture. their jbco line is okay.
Beck Perry I actually want to try the body products but my lackluster results with their hair line just turns me off.
Yes you are totally right about the shampoo. When I was transitioning I tried their Hibicus line and my hair was basically matted because it was so stripped. I had to do a lot to fix it.
Styled Clasique-Lea pretty much the same situation with me
That's the thing about hair. Hair can appear to be similar but differences in porosity, density and other factors mean that what works for one person doesn't work for another. Doesn't mean the product is bad, just not suited to everyone's hair.
Thank you for going straight to the point.
My favorite line by Shea moisture 😍
Yes! Tutorial on the hair style, please!
your hair is gorgeous 😍🙌🏾
Thank you 😊 x
Hi laila! You're so georgous 😘
So I have a question: what job do you make? and can you make video about your "parcours scolaire"?
First off I want to say your hair is beautiful. What is you hair texture? I think I'm 4a/b/ and or c. My hair is very tightly curled yet it's a soft spongy texture as well. If I don't use combs it's curly but I have no idea how to maintain those curls and when I use a comb to set angle is becomes bushy. I also suffer with dry hair. I saw you video and loved you hair I both all you used. I'm excited to try. but I want to know how long will it take to see the difference? and can I use other product will using these?should I stop braiding my hair to see more results?. thank you
Your videos are very helpful, but I was wondering do you have any suggestions on how to bring back your natural curl pattern from heat damage?
