We Trained With Olympic Synchronised Swimmers!

We joined Kate Shortman and Izzy Thorpe from the GB Artistic Swimming team for a day of their intense training, from gym work to flexibility and pool work. Mark and Heather even got the chance to show what they were made of and perform their routine - how well do you think the guys got on?
