The big problem with adding more hero's is that the number of good guys is far higher then the bad guys like they add Qui-Gon but who's his counterpart for the villains? Sure you could add Savage Opress or something but that's out of no where

She has no gun, can not capture zones and is useless in every other way, but also invincible.
