  • In this video I go through the OCR AS Level Chemistry 2022 Paper 1. I will make the video for paper 2 soon, and move onto the three A-level Papers.

    *MISTAKE IN QUESTIONS 9 AND 10*
    QUESTION 9) The answer should be D as I multiplied 2.41x10^24 by 2 instead of 3. The reason you multiply it by 3 is because you have 1 mole of Mg2+ and 2Cl-
    QUESTION 10) The answer should also be D, as chemical reactivity is not a viable explanation as the question asks about boiling points. The reason D is correct is because as we go down Group 7 the number of electrons start to increase, and so London forces also start to increase therefore more energy is required to overcome the Intermolecular (London) forces, and so it has a higher boiling point.
    Hopefully this cleared up any questions on the mistakes I made, and sorry about that I'll try my best to make sure this doesn't happen again. Also thanks to @erkanfnr5872 for pointing it out.

    I dont get why you divided by 0.05 in q25a if both are in excess and none are limiting

    9 is D is 3x4x6.02x10^23 and 10 is D ?
