I think they are all great actors except for Ruth. When I see her, I don't see an actress; I see Ruth. Her ability to become the character she is portraying is phenomenal.
That Melanin that’s what make great actors... they become the roles. she’s probably the best actress on the show. marty isn’t terrible, but he’s pretty robotic and doesn’t show much range.

I was just introduced to Ozark during the pandemic and binge watch all 3 seasons in one week I am obsessed! I love all the characters and loved seeing Laura as Wendy grow strong. My favorite all time character is Ruth!!! Her sayings and accent just say with you. I am sad the pandemic has halted production on season 4 but I can't wait! I have been looking up and watching Julia Garner movies ever since. I loved her in 'Modern Love'

Julia Garner is fantastic... I love her accent that she worked hard to get. I have tried to get it also. Her speech is fast compared to mine, so I am trying to copy that also. I just love her character. I am on pins and needles for season 4. Tom Pelphrey is amazing...I deal with depression. Sometimes it feels Bipolar. He ACED that performance. GOD Bless him. Ozark kept us watching episode after episode and I have a short attention span with series. Ozark is up there with Breaking Bad which kept us up late night after night. We love Ruth.

I can't believe I didn't make the connection with pelphrey playing that character from iron fist. I hated his character in that show, but I loved his character in ozark. Just goes to show what a great actor he is. Also hot... jeez, he is hot.
I really enjoyed the show, I'm usually slow on the uptake and watched all three seasons in the last week. There's so many strong characters in this show, but my favourite by far is Ruth What sensational acting. I usually don't like a lot of unnecessary swearing in TV shows or movies, but Julia Garner just pulled it off beautifully, made it seem so natural. I was only a couple of episodes into the first season when I thought 'who is this actor?' So I googled her and found she'd won an Emmy for her role, beating half the cast of GoT lol. Amazing, and so deserved.
I hesitated, but it started out as an abstraction for the virus and having to stay home. I am in Season 3, and I’m hooked! Ruth is my favorite actress in the show. Come on, Season 4, 5, infinity!!
Bro ozark is an honestly incredible show. I fell in love with all the characters and the show is so interesting and scary/dramatic at the same time. It’s crazy when you find out some couples are actually together in real life and on the show 😂. And Helen was a badass too every time she got out that Cadillac. It’s the best tv show I’ve seen in a while because all the other shows are old. Personally Ruth is my fav character but I love Marty and his family too
Watching all seasons of Ozark for a second time and recommend it to all fans. The subtleties lost in binge watching have been discovered and Bateman is by far the best director in all seasons. By the time you see it twice you empathise, identify with and become immersed in the characters lives that it's hard to leave the Ozarks! Who would think? :-) Cheers Bateman! Season 3 was the best. Your depiction was excellent. I love Ruth. I loved Ben in the beginning. Marty is so smart and kind. I hope we have a Season 4 because they can’t leave me hanging like this.
at the end of last season it looked the the two women,Wendy and Darlene, were taking control but then they threw Ben in the mix and it changed course. By the end, Ben threw Wendy off her game and Darlene took control. Darlene now has an asset in Ruth, who knows too much about her enemy, the Byrds.
When I saw Tom from Iron Fist, at first I was like na he won't be that good here... Holy moly was I wrong! I legit teared up when he was on a "road trip" with his sister.

I love Laura Linney and Tom Pelphrey... Tom will always have my heart after i met him back in 2005-2006 at a baseball game in Brooklyn for charity...Then we went on Ricky Paul Goldins yacht to NJ for a drink...Hes a great person as well as a great actor..

I can't believe I didn't make the connection with pelphrey playing that character from iron fist. I hated his character in that show, but I loved his character in ozark. Just goes to show what a great actor he is. Also hot... jeez, he is hot.

I really enjoyed the show, I'm usually slow on the uptake and watched all three seasons in the last week. There's so many strong characters in this show, but my favourite by far is Ruth
What sensational acting. I usually don't like a lot of unnecessary swearing in TV shows or movies, but Julia Garner just pulled it off beautifully, made it seem so natural. I was only a couple of episodes into the first season when I thought 'who is this actor?' So I googled her and found she'd won an Emmy for her role, beating half the cast of GoT lol. Amazing, and so deserved.
Just started the series but I'm hooked now. I want to know more about Buddy, his one liners are fantastic! He reminds me of Jack Nicholson with COPD!

I hesitated, but it started out as an abstraction for the virus and having to stay home. I am in Season 3, and I’m hooked! Ruth is my favorite actress in the show. Come on, Season 4, 5, infinity!!
What about Peter Mullen who played Jethro ? His background story is really interesting - a well respected Scottish actor who's won loads of awards ...

Bro ozark is an honestly incredible show. I fell in love with all the characters and the show is so interesting and scary/dramatic at the same time. It’s crazy when you find out some couples are actually together in real life and on the show 😂. And Helen was a badass too every time she got out that Cadillac. It’s the best tv show I’ve seen in a while because all the other shows are old. Personally Ruth is my fav character but I love Marty and his family too
Love them all. They work so hard and it showed. Wat through the quarantine and was upset when it was over. Can’t wait for season 4

Watching all seasons of Ozark for a second time and recommend it to all fans. The subtleties lost in binge watching have been discovered and Bateman is by far the best director in all seasons. By the time you see it twice you empathise, identify with and become immersed in the characters lives that it's hard to leave the Ozarks! Who would think? :-) Cheers Bateman! And Julia Garner.....a heart on legs. Tour de force

Bateman is lucky to have found his partner. Could have gone south for him pretty easy if he hadn't. Nothing like kids to keep your head in the game.

Season 3 was the best. Your depiction was excellent. I love Ruth. I loved Ben in the beginning. Marty is so smart and kind. I hope we have a Season 4 because they can’t leave me hanging like this.

at the end of last season it looked the the two women,Wendy and Darlene, were taking control but then they threw Ben in the mix and it changed course. By the end, Ben threw Wendy off her game and Darlene took control. Darlene now has an asset in Ruth, who knows too much about her enemy, the Byrds.

Ozark has knocked it out of the ballpark this cast! Jason Bateman " Marty Bryde" takes you though his claim demeanor, " Wendy Bryde" Laura Linney emotional cutthroat tactics. "Ruth " Julia Garner has you captivated she has mastered her craft. Brilliant! Bravo! to Netflix another well do series.

I love Ozark. Whoever picked the actors knew what they were doing. All of them are good but I haft to say that Ruth is something else. My son and I had a laugh cause when I told him that I watched Ozark he said that Ruth was his girl and I said mine too. So we watched it apart but had the same thoughts. The Best Show on earth in a long time. Can't wait til season 4..
