Engines of these premium cars are great and can run 5 lakh kilometers easily. Antha Bro solaradhu 100% true. Oil change need to be done every 10-12 thousand miles. I just want to give heads up so that whoever planning to get an used bmw knows it. I owned an used BMW for 5 years. Though it was 8 years old car they still drive great. I enjoyed every drive. But these premium cars has so many things, something or the other will keep on breaking. In the 5 years apart from oil change I repaired these , replaced spark plugs , replaced ignition coil two times, suspension bushes, fuel pump, replaced radiator, power mirror of both driver and passenger side, camshaft sensor, oil leak 2 times , coolant leak, replaced all break pads , replaced all tires. I change my car to Honda Civic now. But I don’t regret owning Bmw, it was my passion. So whoever planning to get a used Bmw which is a very good choice 👍🏻 just be prepared to spend one lakh a year on maintenance apart from oil change which would cost 50-70 k. So in total 1.5 to 2 lakh per year. If You are not ready then don’t go for it.

Sahaya Raju Hi , it’s an approximate number , it could be more or could be less depending on the bmw You buy (maybe prior owner changed tires and break pads recently and also maintained the car well without accidents) and also the number of Kilometers You drive per year. In General these cars ,cost of maintenance is high. Because there are so many things that can go wrong .It’s better to mentally get prepared and ready.To me I felt the drive pleasure I got was worth spending lot on maintenance.
