I really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the built-ins, barn doors, shower/tub in 1 of the bathroom. Also, I think it's a butler pantry. Also, the outdoor fireplace.
The porches give the first house good curb appeal. Someone will trip on that plant just inside the entry, so I'll replace it with hooks to hang coats. The kitchen is a good size and the laundry and the pantry add much-needed storage space. I am not fond of barn doors in most places. Windows in shower stalls should not be in the path of the spray. The second house lacks the laundry room and pantry of the first one, but otherwise it had adequate space. It presents a common problem, the window in the shower stall. A window is good to vent humidity, but I would suggest a long, narrow window high on the wall to keep it away from the shower spray and to discourage voyeurs. The third house has similarities to the first two. It needs a place to hang coats inside the entry. I was glad to see just a mirror over the fireplace, and that there is a pantry as well as a laundry room that doubles as a mud room. The master has a nice walk-in closet. The family bath has the problematic window. Aside from the details I mentioned, these plans are quite appealing.
Rather have an island with seating. Washer & dryer, no combo. China cubby waste of space. Brown in bedroom too dark. Bathroom walls too busy. I like closets. I have a lot of clothing and shoes. Not my taste.

Nice Floorplan. Too bad the rendering decor falls short looks like a hospital. Least add something like a basic patter tile for the bathrooms. 😮
