Fatal Frame gave me nightmares for two weeks, I was young back then and never played anything like that before, but also couldn't stop playing. Fatal Frame 2 was way scarier but I was prepared. Finally Fatal Frame 3 was pretty good too and I loved that it related the previous games, that trilogy in my opinion is perfect .
It's really amazing they made 3 consistently good, scary games in 1 generation. Even now the idea that you arnt safe in a save room is just so scary and welldone

Rule of rose and kuon NTSC versions both hover around 800 dollars. It's fucking robbery. Never ever ever buy a game for that much money. No game is worth it.

@@m.adhiyaksaaryawisesa231 some people will never get it, no matter how concise. It's not worth arguing to those who don't understand, consoles have a place, that's why they exist, and why most of all games are on console, not PC (at least when they are first released) No port needed.
@@m.adhiyaksaaryawisesa231 Ultimately, it all is preference, graphics aside, so there's truly no "superior" way to game, if you enjoy playing it that's truly what matters. Everyone is so divided over platforms, when they each have their own faults and advantages, neither one is perfect over each other as whole when taking a lot into consideration.
Both have their place in gaming, and some games are better off on PC just as some games are better off on console. Those who don't want to go anywhere near a console follow a strange toxic-trait like community, seeing as consoles are dedicated gaming machines, it makes no sense why you'd oppose them. Not real gamers.

Rule of rose was sort of meh. I remember playing it with a friend while away on vacation and we were sort of not feeling it. Yet somehow that game runs for like 800 dollars now. Insanity.

Cold fear was an amazing horror that got overshadowed by resident evil 4 while being on par with it.
I’m not sure it was on par lol. Cold Fear didn’t get the credit it deserved though, for sure. Feel like the same thing has happened a few times, like Metal Gear Solid v. Syphon Filter.

Silent Hill Origins is such an underrated silent hill game i consider it the best silent hill game out of all the silent hill games tbh (even though most people wont agree with my opinion but i respect whatever anyone thinks about it)

The Thing - When this came out, I really wanted to play it. Then I read a review that revealed that the entire mechanic of not knowing who is infected was completely broken. Since certain characters turn into things at scripted points in the game, the whole idea of testing people to see who is and isn't infected is 100% pointless. That killed my desire to play this game. How stupid do the developers have to be to intentionally break something that is hyped as a core gameplay mechanic?

Yeah I'm sad cuz a copy of that game and haunting ground got stolen from my apt years ago and I wanted to buy them to replace the ones stolen but they are just too darn expensive last time I bought a game that expensive is when I bought silent hill 3 for 120.00 and same for sh 2 and 1 I wish they were cheaper but nope sadly they are not so bummed.
