It is good how Justin engages with their kids in a way which brings them out a bit. With his questions, you can tell & they can tell he's taking a genuine interest in them, & in what their doing. And he's really listening to them. They're learning how to express themselves. He consciously provokes them to reach and to think before they speak. This helps to develop their young minds. Those are some great parents & some great young people coming up.
If you use the plastic and the soft together,you brush the plastic against the soft against each other ,it will clean your brush out without you having to pick out the hair.then you switch hands.
I don't know if you realize just how few youngsters of today would be willing to put this much effort into a hobby that required so much maintenance. Kids would love to ride a horse, I am sure; but to make this level of effort for the maintenance side is very special. I doubt if much more than 5-10% of kids today could muster this much attention to detail. One special little lady, this Lily Rhodes.

hey lily, if your trainer has room for peaches, you could lease him out for board for her... costs you nothing and peaches gets a more experienced, older rider! you could possibly lease him out form your house if your parents are up for that, too.. but just a thought!
Lilly you are one lucky girl to have a Daddy that is willing to help you with your horse hobby because it's obvious dad is not enjoying the horse handling, he is there because he loves you so much.

I agree. I have been watching since then, too. She has earned her medals, and she has earned them with that work ethic. Keep on going, Lily, and give Peaches some loving time. When you see horses that work that hard to please you, don't be afraid to love her, too. Look in her eyes and really see her. Nuzzle her a little bit each day to let her know how special she is to you.🤗😉
As Lily was spraying him my mind was wondering to the past when I bathed my horse before a horse show. I was thinking about the blue shampoo and sure enough the next clip was Lily doing the same thing. These memories that are being formed are for a lifetime and Justin, you being there supporting her, is absolutely amazing. Thank you for that!!!!

The relationship these kids have with their parents is not the typical relationship most kids have with their parents. This family is tight knit and somewhat like they’re all each others best friends. They certainly have a lot of love and respect for each other. Which this world is sorely lacking. And I’ll bet if Lily wants him to back off a little she ll tell him. Just not on camera where you need to see it to believe it.
