The pilot’s name is Scott Burke, and he wants no glory for it. I’d also like to include that half the landing gear was burnt clean off, I found that really cool.

This entire skit is so unrealistic. Nothing compared to my experience. I just flew on a Jet Blue airplane a few months ago, and from what I remember, they didn’t have those Terra blue potato chips on board anymore!
I work for Jetblue and love them. Yes it happened. Jetblue is so safety oriented and in the hiring of their pilots and flight crew. It was such a smooth landing. You can see the landing of it on UA-cam. It is awesome.

It would have been ironic if you had watched this skit about Jet Blue satirizing an actual event about Jet Blue while actually flying aboard Jet Blue.
