They meant this for the game scheduling but I think this also applies here for the tech pauses. They dont really care too much about player issues, many pro players have said riot just unpause tech pauses even if its not fixed. It's literally all for the viewers
I do think that at least the first map should have been replayed especially with an issue so easily provable to the admins but theyre so hell bent on having the viewer experiences be the best it can be over competitive integrity

But your point on the Deadlock is valid. The comp looks pretty bad. It had a few good ideas but was pretty poorly executed. They would've probably fared better if they went with a comp that's more tested and that they were used to

The pause was called 3 games into the first map. Audio issues can repeat multiple times as they have been.
