.22 can be. Not much in the way of stopping power but very little recoil. The best self defense gun is one you are comfortable with.This wouldn’t be a carry gun for me due to its size.
Looking to purchase this model to introduce my girlfriend to target shooting.
That’s great, it would probably be perfect for that. If possible take her to the range where she can try different models.
