Yessir. That day I was sticking to the southern side, closer to the Naval bombing range. Looking at onX maps, I believe we turned off of 40 at 29.17383, -81.69075.
The trails vary from being wide enough for an 18 wheeler with room to spare, to barely wide enough for a Jeep. If you stick to the main trails you will never have any issue, but some of the side trails will absolutely wreak havoc on your paint.
@@DefiantOffroad thanks. I was in ocala 5 years ago in a Cherokee trailhawk and the main trails were fine. All the side trails were almost wide enough to fit a golf cart. Just realized theres a badge there now so thinking of heading back. Hopefully can get the badge without the scratches. 👍
where exactly did you start at? Hwy 40?

Cool I'm going to do that trail this weekend.
Awesome! I look forward to seeing the footage!
@@DefiantOffroad lol I'll see what I can get
Awesome!
headed that way in a few weeks. is the Badge for 1 specific route or just the trail network in general?
I think technically it's a specific part of the trail system, but it will let you check in and claim the badge pretty much as soon as you are in ONF.
Check out Citrus WMA while you're down that way. It's another good place to play around!
Will it kill my paint? Newer wk2 that's still nice. Is the badge juice worth the scratch squeeze per say? Lol
